I placed 2 reservations for their Brawley model vehicle which costs $100 each ($200 total spent). At the time of reservation, the vehicle was advertised as being street legal. Sadly the Brawley is now being advertised as not street legal. As a result, I have no use for them and want my $200 refunded back to my credit card or receive a check.Initial Complaint

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a Vanderhall, you’re better of renting one. My grandpas Vanderhall has been in the service department for over 70 days and nothing has been done to it as far as repairing it. The dealership keeps throwing the blame on Vanderhall not being able to tune their ECU’s accordingly. It sucks paying for something that you can’t use. It is located at Moto United, Vanderhall of bellflower. The issue doesn’t seem to be with the service department as they have returned all of my calls and have been polite, it seems like the discretion is with the actual manufacture, not even the warranty company. Can someone please resolve this issue?Initial Complaint

The vehicle purchased has a factory defect and flaw concerning the Radius Rod bolts backing out of location and fitting with steering assembly. After s few short miles of driving, vehicle will steer incorrectly and uncontrollable, causing driver to lose control of said vehicle. Resulting in the possibility of a crash, equaling injury or death.Initial Complaint

I was a proud owner of a 2022 VANDERHALL Venice brand new off the showroom floor. I bought it in March 2022 from Santa Ana Del Amo motorsport. Within the first two weeks the heater in the passenger side stop working send it to the shop at the Del Amo motorsports on Marine and Hawthorne ca and it was in there for about two weeks. Fast forward five months later I had a problem and the smell coming from the front of the VANDERHALL and it was the radiator leaking. I set an appointment up with Delamo motorsports, and I had to wait three weeks just for the part to come in and then wait another Week just to get it put on. Now we are in January 2024 and now I’m having another issue with the steering joints they’re loosening up and also when I put it in reverse it makes it clunking noise. Del Amo motorsports and they told me that they are no longer working on VANDERHALL services and there’s no other services within 20 miles of my home. I’m lost and overwhelmed. I have a $34,000 machine with no one to fix it on a two-year warranty that I’m under and no one has a clue on what we’re going to do when it breaks please help.Initial Complaint

We purchased the vehicle on Thursday, August 31st 2023 from RideNow in Concord, NC. Paid 43,000 cash. The bluetooth went out the next day, Friday, September 1, 2023. We drove it to a family members home Saturday September 2, 2023, and the steering wheel locked up. It had to be towed back to RideNow. Was told everything is fine and they cannot duplicate the power steering issue. Bluetooth went out again, September 22, 2023 and is still out. The communication between the two has been terrible, one is blaming the other. On Wednesday, November 1, 2023 notified that the bluetooth has not yet been fixed. I'm having to continue to call and get information. Also found out that the power steering part was on back order. Asked for a credit from Vanderhall for other accessories for the car since it has been out of order basically from the time we've purchased it, and noone wants to budge or offer anything, and haven't heard back from them. The vehicle has been out of service all this time. On November 22, 2023, went to pick up the vehicle and the power steering still malfunctioning. On November 27, 2023 I called and requested to begin the buyback process. Have been in contact with Michele, sending in all the requested information: receipt of purchase, and repair orders, summary of how long its been out of service, a picture of the odometer, current condition of tire, vehicle body, interior. She stated she has been in contact with the legal department, having to wait on them, the documents weren't clear from what I sent, so now reaching out to the dealer. Just want the money back at this point.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new 2023 Vanderhall Carmel for Dennis Dillion Motorcycle in Boise. Day one getting it home, I found screws missing from the door panel. Only to find out the dealer can’t help me and I had to go through the warranty. I can’t even find similar screws online. Now after driving it for 4 days I have notice how poor the construction is. It seems everyone I turn it own screws and components come loose.Initial Complaint

In February of 2022 I purchased a Vanderhall Carmel Blackjack autocycle for 42 thousand dollars. It only has 1000 miles on it but started to have computer issues. I took it to the dealer for warranty repair ( Roc on Harley - Davidson 2600 w Henrietta rd Rochester ny ) on Nov 2 nd. The dealer has had it for 5 1/2 months and still can not determine the problem or when I will get it back. I’m 67 years old and why wife has MS so I don’t know how long we will be able to ride. I can’t wait forever to get my vehicle back. I want the vehicle fixed or a refund so I can purchase something that works. Thank you any help would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

I bought a 2022 Vanderhall in august and with only 1255 miles on it the windshield cracks. While I was in sturgi I had it replaced for $840.00. Tuned a claim into Vanderhall and they turned it down. I went on the Vanderhall forum there are 100s maybe 1000s with the same problem. I know of one gentlemen has them in court for the same problem in California. They are selling a product that is not acceptable for the consumers. They know the windshields are no good on the Vanderhall but still continue selling to the public.
