Worst company I placed an order for a Christmas gift it never showed up company wouldn’t send another one out rush shipping so it makes it in time but then say company policy to issue store credit I don’t need them if they can’t make it here by Christmas I also looked in all the terms and conditions and NO Where does it state that is there policy this was my sons main gift and they can’t get it to me with a reship before Christmas then I don’t want to shop with you this was all he wanted and I used all my money to purchase them SO NOW he has nothing for CHRISTMAS way to go company I also purchase saved by protection and that was uselessInitial Complaint

On around 6/10/22 I placed a order with www.pitviper.com (order# ******* for $84.53) I received my order on 6/21/22 and have since been trying to contact the seller to exchange for a larger size. I have been told they are extremely busy and will get back to me. It is now been over a month and I have not been able to resolve this issue. This is the response I get from them....(also by phone and live chat) Howdy Pardner, You've reached the official inbox of Pit Viper. We are unable to get back to you immediately, but don't worry, we still love you. We are experiencing a very large load of emails right now and our response times are delayed, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We service from the bottom up, so sending more emails unfortunately won't make us respond sooner. We are 4-5 business days behind on shipping orders due to MASSIVE LOADS from the sale. It came at once and we just couldn't handle it all. We are sorry. Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. We are available 69 hours a week: Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM Mountain Time, also known as 10 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time or 7 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time. I HAD PAID FOR NUMEROUS PRODUCTS THAT WERE ON A SALE THAT THE COMPANY WAS RUNNING. THE COMPANY HAD GIVEN ME A ORDER NUMBER THAT STILL TO THIS DAY HAS NOT BEEN FUFILLED. HALF OF THE ORDER WAS REFUNDED DUE TO PRODUCT STOCK BEING OUT THAT WAS ORGINALLY IN STOCK. PURCHASE DATE WAS 6/16/22. AMOUNT WAS $68.21. ORDER NUMBER IS 1290473. I SIMPLY JUST WANT MY PRODUCTS I INTENDED TO PURCHASE INSTEAD OF NOBODY ANSWERING PHONES, OR NOT GIVING CLEAR INFORMATION ON WHEN, OR IF MY PRODUCT WILL EVER BE FUFILLED. I JUST WANT A STRIGHT ANSWER AND I KNOW MANY OTHERS ARE ALSO HAVING ISSUES WITH THIS COMANY FOR THE SAME EXACT REASON.
