This was due to the *** splitting the med location and I couldn't get it filled after traveling After informing them of the issue I said to them your sheet says if I do not show up with meds I will have to reschedule. I also requested to speak with my point of contact ******, and asked what were the rules on a refund. All being done while I was on the clock and responding via text. I never said I did not want the services and I also paid for the meds and they called to see themselves after my complaint. By 6 pm on 6/18/2024 I got a long text stating my surgery was cancelled, and no other opening until July. Sad part is I also informed them I pushed back my CDL training for this surgery. I responded once I got off which was 35 minutes after the text informing ******** I never said I did not want the services and she still cancelled my surgery for the following day. I should have taken the warning, got a refund, and gone with another company yet I did not. I got a refund and then paid again sadly! The procedure was then set for 7/11/2024. I reached out the next day because I was sent home with 1 body shaper,and a 3X sports bra. My bra size is 36/38C so a 3X was beyond too big. I was told my body shaper was only to be taken off when showering. Well I had to wait for it to be washed and dried when I showered! I got knots in my breast and they were longer due to the bra size and LOTS of pain. Prior to the surgery the responses were daily. I did not get a response until midday 4 days later. I told them I needed the antibiotics because they were left in the rental, and they only called in the pain pills which made the knots in both b****** harder. I was trying to get in and was told not until 8/6/2024. When I was scheduled for a massage it was a week and a half I think and still no other garments, the massage therapist tied rubber bands around the bra and said you need more fat due to these knots. She stated she will inform the doctor and its been a battle ever since.Business response

We are sorry that this was your experience. We take extreme pride in helping our patients get their optimal results in a safe and effective way. We do our best to respond in a timely manner and work with patients around their schedule. If a patient forgets their medications or loses their medications (like an antibiotic), we will do our best to help them get more. Unfortunately it is not our fault if a patient loses their antibiotic but we still do our best to work with them.
Wearing compression garments are a critical part of the post-op care for a procedure. Our staff is trained to properly fit the compression garments with patients. We apologize if there was a mix up in the size of compression garments given to this patient. In this case, our staff will always switch our their compression if something like this happens.
Lastly, for a natural fat transfer, we never guarantee what the result will be because every body reacts differently to a natural fat transfer. We contract with plastic surgeons who are well trained and follow proper protocols to get the best results they can. Again, we can't guarantee what percent of the natural fat transfer will take in the body, but the surgeon does his best to maximize results.

I underwent a fat transfer procedure where fat was taken from my stomach and injected into my buttocks on 7/10/2024. However, right after the procedure, I was concerned because the results did not match what I was promised. I filled out several questionnaires and repeatedly informed the nurse about my lack of results. She acknowledged my concerns and documented them, expressing understanding given the amount of money I had paid. When I tried calling the clinic, I struggled to reach anyone. When I finally got through, the person was rude and said the doctor would call me, but I never received a follow-up. A few days post-procedure, I began experiencing severe pain. I left a message for the clinic, but again, no one returned my call. My follow-up appointment was canceled twice, and I started to feel like I might have been scammed. I requested the corporate number, but the staff member only provided me with an email for the corporate office. I reached out via email and was contacted by the president, who listened to my concerns and asked if I would meet with the surgeon to discuss how he could address the situation. She also mentioned offering me a discount since my 90-day photos showed a reduction in my buttocks. I paid $5,534.33 for this procedure, yet I have seen no results. After emailing the president again, I have not received a response. I feel like I am being scammed and need help.Initial Complaint

I went to belle medical in January of 2023, and received their liposuction treatment. It was my upper outer hips that were supposed to be done. After treatment I noticed that my entire leg had been done, from my knee cap all the way up. I felt completely violated and that I had been touched in places that weren’t supposed to be done. Now I am left with my WHOLE upper leg damaged. After the treatment I noticed lumps and bumps with EXTREME pain. I went to the provider who did my treatment only to be told that it would heal and take a year. When I asked why he went all the way up my leg he got extremely defensive. After taking the time they said to let ir heal it never got better. I went to two different board certified plastic surgeons and they both said the same thing. The provider who did this treatment did it wrong and it was negligent and damaging. They had over suctioned the area down the muscle of my legs. I reached out to belle medical multiple times and finally got a response. They “guarantee” results in all their ads. I provided all the prior information and that I am asking for my money back so I can put that towards the reconstructive fat grafting that I need to fix my leg. I shared the before and after of my procedure with them and you can clearly see that the before is much better than the after. I will also attached the pictures for reference.
