I request some information to be sent to me via email. On their website it asks if you are ok with receiving communications via SMS messaging. I marked "No". Shortly after completing the online request, I receive a SMS message inquiring about scheduling a class. I responded letting "Cody" know that I had requested that I not be contacted via SMS messaging. Since then, I have received 3 additional marketing messages via SMS text messaging. I have responded again asking that they not reach out to me via text message and that if they cannot communicate with me within the parameters that I requested, that I am no longer interested in doing business with them. I believe because I have stated on more then 1 occasion, that they are now in violation of marketing guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission and I will also be filing a complaint with them since I believe that they are not subject to a $10k penalty per incident which is now up to $40k if accurate.
