Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Manwill regarding HVAC ******************************* However, your plumbing department is still decent. The co-owner, ************ is very dishonest and needs help with resourcing. I waited the entire month of June/July without an A/C because of him. His techs came out twice and misdiagnosed the problem.In the end, I was told by ************ that I did not have to pay the labor if I was dissatisfied with the service and took my business elsewhere. I did contact a different HVAC company that took care of the issue. However, ************ is a ***** and he still sends the invoices in the mail. Why should I pay for something which wasn't resolved by him and his company? I can no longer recommend Manwill. If you will please take a look into this issue then I'll appreciate your help. 1. We did NOT install Mr. ***** system another company did. They would not return his calls.
2. When a system is still under parts warranty there is no charge for warranty parts. Labor is the only fees associated with this repair. I never said ************ would not have to pay labor. Why would anyone say that in an equipment warranty situation. Again, we did not install the system.
3. I wish I could post picture of invoices because our first visit to the property was 7/7/23 and our final visit was 7/14/23. Mr. ***** statement about being without A/C for the month of June because of us is simply NOT TRUE.
This is a very unfortunate situation! The complexity of his new inverter driven air conditioner needed assistance from ******* Manufacturer technical support. 2/3 parts we replaced were advised by the manufacturer. After replacing the 2 recommended parts BY THE MANUFATURER----- THEY TOLD US THE COMPRESSOR NEEDED REPLACEMENT.Unfortunately, **** did not trust our suggestions and the technical support and felt compelled to reach out to the manufacturer AND the local manufacturer representative himself only to find the local rep. SUPPORTED US IN WHAT THE MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED.
Glad to hear he was able to get up and running again. Im sure the 3rd part we were unable to install completed the repair.
***** ??? I never said **** would not have to pay for labor. In a situation where the A/c is still under warranty (through the manufacturer) Labor is the only service provided and is relevant to this situation. I don't provide services for free and I don't think any other contractor would?I have waived all billing invoices since.
Sorry we were unable to meet his expectations.*************************

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, if ************ has waived all billing invoices since then why do I keep receiving invoices in the mail?
