Ordered a Serta King size Mattress as a gift for my daughter. Ordered was placed through SAMS Club (order # **********). Credit card billed Feb 8th. Order was to be shipped via XPO Logistics (tracking # ******************). First delivery date was 2-17-22. Night before XPO Logistics called her to tell her they couldn't fit it on the truck and moved delivery to 2-23-22. Order was to be delivered between 1pm -4pm. Son in law saw XPO logistics truck across the street in the bar parking lot for about 5 minutes. He went to go over to let them know they were across the street when the truck pulled away. My Daughter called XPO and she was told it would be delivered by 8:30 that evening. When they didn't show again, she called and was told that the shipment was recalled during delivery. They reset the delivery for 3-2-22 and today she is told that it will be delivered now on 3-9-22. Unacceptable! Would never trust this company to make any deliveries for me! Thanks XPO Logistics for ruining a gift for my daughter...
