In May ******************************************************************************************************************* to make purchases at any store and was saying declined even through there was plenty of credit on the card. The first time I called I was told the card was locked and they unlocked it. However, it stopped working a day or so later. The next time I called I was told the merchants are declining it. In which I said not every merchant can decline my card it's impossible. They then said my card was locked again and would unlock it. Once again my card stopped working a day or so after and I called again. I was told my card must be damaged in which I said its absolutely not and this must be a system issue. I asked them to have IT investigate my account. I was told I would receive a call back within two business days from another supervisor and did not. I called again, each time having to re explain the entire issue. In May I was told they were going to send me a new card and have IT investigate. I specifically requested that if they had to cancel the old card in order to send a new one to please wait to do so until after IT has been able to investigate as I could at least use the card I had once every few days. They told me they would not cancel the old card and would simply send a new one and have IT investigate the issue in the Meantime. Mind you I had to argue with multiple supervisors to get them to have IT look into my account. It is now August, and I have yet to receive a card. I called first digital 2 weeks ago and they could not explain why I never received my call back from a supervisor or my credit card. They told me they mailed me a card and it would be here within 14 business days. After 8 business days I called to see if they had mailed my card. I was then told they could not mail my card out for 10 days after they spoke to me due to my address changing and that they were unsure why the previous representative didn't relay that.Business response

We are very sorry for the issues you are facing. Looking at your response, it appears this is intended for First Digital Card not our company, which is FirstDigital Telecom. We provide phone, internet and video services not credit cards, unfortunately. We hope that you can get a resolution on this issue. Please work with the BBB to get this attached to the right company.
