Dealership is selling used vehicles knowing there are safety issues and not fixing issues or letting buyer know. I was looking at buying a 2014 Ram 1500. Dealership said they did inspection on truck and fixed any safety issues. I took it to ***** dealership to do independent inspection which they found 12 serious issues, which five I would consider safety issues. Mazda dealership would not fix four of the safety issues so I had to not purchase truck, but knowing they are going to sell it to unknowing buyer.

bought a ****** We know ****** is a good car brand Within a couple of days the car started stalling three days later, we brought it back at which point their mechanics had mentioned that it was a nice car and it had some modified parts that he could see. The mechanic did something with his Ipad looking thing to clear a code same scenario occurred three times. We took it for oil changes every time everything is fine. June we started hearing a rattling noise we were on our way to a mechanic On the way there the car started stalling again, had to pull it to the side of the road stop the car, we stopped there was smoke from under the hood, my husband opened the hood only to see flames I contacted 911. They said this was due to the modifications on the car. called *** Dahle to let them know what happened they sold us a modified car to see if they could help us in the situation we were told we cant sell modified cars, you probably added those mods yourselfWe hired an attorney, he has tons of complaints about them, and lawyers phone on speed dial; our finances are not high enough to sue, we had a witness that used to work for them, He told us They do not check their cars, if they run it goes on the lot to be purchased. if *** Dahle had inspected the car they would have found that the modifications was added between 2019-2021.Every week, it was oh yea it should take a few days week after week. we call, both of us are needing our cars for transportation unwilling to give us a rental car ?? youd be better off going to enterprise, theyll call us back, no follow **** salty on the phone, ever thought we are needing our car,it is causing us to miss work Called *** Dahle Southtowne on Friday 10/25/2024 and surprisingly they answered and that the car is ready but the previous owner has put in a tune, and they are unable to clear it which is what is causing the car to shudder when its warmed up we still have to take the car to another place to clear the tune.

Please go to another dealer where they will treat you with respect. Employees cant keep their promises. I was promised my car would be cleaned upon pickup. The car had trash under the seats and inside the cup holders. When my temp tags were about to expire, and I had to move heaven and earth just to get an extension. Several employees promised to follow up with me no one did. I had to visit the lot several times just to get a temporary extension. Three months after purchase, I still had no update on getting my plates or title. I had to call to get a second extension to my temp tags. Once again, I was promised a follow up and never got it. Then I got pulled over with expired temp tags, luckily the officer had pity on me due to the exceptional incompetence of this dealership.

We went in to shop for a car and ended up finding a few we were interested in. The prices are not listed on the cars, but we had looked online before and had found several that fit our budget. Salesman was awesome and we were deciding between 2 cars. Same model, different years. They were trying to 'run numbers' that just seemed a bit off to me, but didn't matter at the moment because I needed to decide on either the newer one or the older one plus bring my car in for trade. When we came back we had decided on the older one to fit our budget better. Told them to go ahead and lets get this worked out. The sales manager came back and had the purchase price of the car that was 800 dollars more than listed online. When I questioned them about the additional price I was told it was because they put 800 dollars of work into the car. Ok, but that was not what I was told or what I saw online. I told him that was a bit misleading and he told me not really and that he would get his manager to take it off. So I said no that's fine, we are done here and stood up to leave. He wanted me to give him a chance to 'make it right'. I told him no and we left, got in the car but another person was at my window wanting me to come back inside and try to make it right. I told him no I wasn't playing those games and left. I then got a phone call which I believe was from them but I didn't answer it. This practice seems very shady, if not illegal!
