Scammy AI generated garbage email spam. No clue how they got my email address, but the emails won't stop (see **************'s review). Complete trash and everything that is wrong with start *** and AI "culture."

You have experience a 3rd party lead generation and email marketing company we hired who are llisted at the bottom of every email with contact information. We have notified them of your issue. You are welcome to also approach them. We have on rare occasions had issues with their delivery and they are quick to fix those issues. I am extremely sorry this occurred. We will try to resolve based on the information you have provided.

For the past few months, I have been receiving weekly and sometimes twice-weekly emails from *********************, CEO of Talking Heads, telling me I have been especially chosen to join an intro session about their services. Um, if I haven't replied for 5 months, why would you still continue to send me emails? I consider them spammers.There is no way to unsubscribe from these emails either!Their awful email practices make me question their other business practices.

*****, Thank you for this feedback . I just met with our marketing company Kalendar ** to discuss your comment since an "opt out" link and instructions is generated at the bottom of every email. It is a footer and it provides an opt out link along with additional information. Also, if you replied to any of the emails requesting to Unsubscribe, it should have been seen by us and we would have acted on that immediately by forwarding it to Kalendar. The email address you provided here is not found in our reply system, so I have to assume that you may have used another email or that you didn't reply with a message of any type. I firmly believe that nothing operates perfectly and glitches can happen and no system is full proof, so this must a glitch in your case. As I have review several of the invitations that have gone out and I am seeing the opt out option. Again, my apologies if that is what happened. The marketing company is going through their system to see if they can find your email and they will opt you out of any further emails. If the email you provided here is NOT the email in question, please reply to one of the emails with an "STOP" message and we will send this to the marketing company to have it removed.Again we thank you for your patience and understanding. This is the footer message that is provided on the bottom of each email. I just copied and pasted it from an email sent (of course the link would not be shown here):--------------You can reply 'STOP' to opt out of this company. Thank you for your quick response. I have several responses for you: * When my excellent email provider marks a message as spam, I believe them. I also believe them when they say do not click on any links that are provided in such emails. Thus, there is no way I would click on an unsubcribe link in your emails.* Again with spam, there is no way I would reply "stop" to the emails since this indicates you have reached a live email address.* Your emails come from several different emails, which sounds fishy to me. Sometimes it is *****************@kalendar, sometimes it is jedknudsen@kalendar and sometimes it is another version of ***** name.* There is not a glitch in my case. Using best business practices, I would never respond or click on a link in a spam message. If you need proof of the email address that your messages were sent to, I will send them to you. It was under the email address that I provided in the complaint.* Why oh why do you send so many emails, especially after the first 5 were not responded to.*****

You are welcome to forward me a copy of the email at ****************************** so that I can show the company I work with, as they won't believe me until I can show them. --------------------We see responses from people scheduling a call with us everyday and they all include that footer, so this is a strange thing and I would like to clear it up.
