      If you get service they will tell you a day and it don't happen. They lie to you about the days and don't even call you. Been waiting 11 days when they told me it will be done with in 7 days and called them about it they told me it will be done with another 7 days of the order. Don't expect any results with them when you call. They have bad customer service with there customers.

      The Spectrum Newspaper billing department changed the price of my delivery every few months, which would require a phone call to resolve. Most recently on 7 January 2022 they charged me an extra $20 for February without consulting me or informing me they were doubling the subscription cost. On 14 January I requested a refund for February and canceled my subscription starting 1 Feb. I checked my account today no cancellation and no refund. When I called customer service as to why the refund request was not processed the rep replied that the supervisor had denied the refund request and cancellation. What???!!!!!! How dishonest is that???!!! This is exactly why Im canceling the newspaper subscription; dishonest billing practices. Well see if the refund goes through and Ill check my account status tomorrow 2 February to verify it has been canceled.

      The customer service department stole from me -- and failed to do what they claimed they were going to do to (maybe) address the problem.The customer service department and I arranged for me to pay a discounted price for a fixed number of months. But before that number of months was reached, I started getting charged the normal rate.When I called and pointed this out, a customer service representative promised that money would be returned to me.But a month later, that refund still hadn't happened.So I called back and pointed this out. A customer service representative didn't want issue the refund, but wanted to put credit on my account. I said I would do that if the customer service department hadn't gone a month without paying the refund. The representative then said he would talk with his manager and said me an email about their deliberation.Even though that wasn't still a promise to make the problems they created right, I got an automated email saying that my delivery days had been updated. That had nothing to do with the problems at hand.So in response, I canceled, and will still not get the refund for the charges that the customer service department never should have made.
