  In April of 2023 I hired Merril J***** and his company M3 Industries (also known as Gould Family Contracting) to pour a concrete slab patio behind my house. Merril broke a decorative concrete curb in my yard when he drove over it with a track loader. He said it could be fixed but he never did. Within four months after he poured the concrete holes formed in the concrete as big as six inches wide with the gravel under the concrete exposed. I showed it to him on August 23rd but I have not been able to get him to come back and repair any of the damage. There is a twelve month warranty in the contract that I signed with him but he does not seem to care. A full refund of the $3900.00 that I paid him would be the best settlement so that I could hire someone else to do the job right but I don't expect that. He should at least come back and patch the holes even though that would make the patio look bad but it is better than having large holes on the patio.

  We installed what we thought was a good job on behalf of our workmanship a patio for ****. 
  The concrete supplied to us was from a third party ready mix company was sub-par and we did not realize it at the time of installation. 
  I have reached out to **** on multiple occasions and he is not communicative about how to fix the issue. 
  The concrete curb that was run over and broken, we understood from **** was going to be pulled out and have different landscaping installed. 
  we would like to make this issue right as we pride ourselves in quality and making a good experience for our customers.

  I am rejecting this response because: Over the period of two months I set up an appointment three times for Merril to come back to my house and patch the holes in the concrete and all three times he did not show up and all three times he did not bother to call me. I did discuss with him installing stones in my yard but I did not say that the decorative curb would be pulled out. He said to me that the broken curb could be fixed but he never came back.
