I'm constantly being harassed they're putting notes on my door saying that I'm smoking and vaping or smoking marijuana and they've put three notices on my door and a pay or vacate 3 day notice. I've told them it's not me and they tell me tell them who it is and they'll leave me alone but to be honest a lot of my neighbors smoke and I'm not going to rat them out. But I think that they should have facts straight before they just go putting notes on everybody's door over and over again it's one thing to give everybody in the building and no it's another thing to give me a note when I haven't even been home for the last few days.Business response

Broadmoor Village Apartments is no longer owned or managed by Wasatch Property Management. We sold this community in June of 2021. I do not have any direct contact info for the new owners, but we sold the community to ************************** and the community phone number is ************.
