My name is ************************, and the file number relevant to this case is #*****. Recently sent all final documents necessary to begin evaluation, agency received documents mid November of 2021. Noticed that one document had not been marked as received (********) and sent an email to their help desk (help@fccpt.org). Note that an automatic reply email from FCCPT was received and not sent to my ***** spam folder(December 1st). After a month, contact FCCPT via phone (January 11) to inquire about the status of my application. Was told that an email was sent to me on the December 8th requesting a translation of a document, after which my credential evaluation could begin. I have not been able to find any evidence of this email in my inbox, nor my spam and junk folders. I asked that the Pdf & email be resent, along with any instructions. Note that the automatic reply email from FCCPT again arrived and was not sent to a spam folder. On the day of this complaint (January 19) I once again called the FCCPT and asked if an email had been sent. The only information they have is still the claim that an email was sent on the 8th of December (which my records cannot verify) and advised me to change my email address of record with them. From outside appearances, it seems as if nothing has been done to resolve the issue since December 8th 2021, and unfortunately the actual supposed response to my inquiry is the very thing that seems to not exist or be very difficult for the company to provide. I am asking the BBB for assistance in requesting the documents I am required from the FCCPT to have translated, and assurances that my evaluation and all subsequent services will be handled in a prompt manner. I am also asking that I suffer no retaliation due to my complaint. FCCPT was kind enough to extend application times during pandemic, and their telephone customer service has been excellent every time. I genuinely thank them for their service, and hope to resolve this issue ASAP.
