      I had worked with Salesperson ********* and Sales Manager ******* in response to a Car Guru ad regarding purchase of a Porsche Macan S, on sale there for three months. ***** was quoted and agreed upon (same price as advertised) and papers were sent to me and signed, pending wiring of funds which was to occur in the next few hours. No requirement was stated to provide a holding down payment. Also, shipping company names were then forwarded to me from Salesman ********* and a shipping order with payment was arranged for the next week. Before leaving for the bank to arrange money transfer, Manager ******* texted me saying a client came to his lot and was test driving the vehicle I was purchasing. I immediately called Manager ******* personally to protest, citing I had agreed to the asking price, and was in the process of sending funds. Despite my providing full intent to honor the agreement made the day before and proceed with purchase, Manager ******* informed me four hours later after my phonecall that he sold the vehicle.

      I realized after getting home that I was charged for a service I did not ask for or approve. Please beware of Gary D*******. If you read all the negative reviews for this location, most of them are because of him and are about experiences similar to mine below. In my opinion, Gary D******* is professional and charming BUT also shady and unethical. This is not the first time he got me. He has made peculiar mistakes in the past, and when I noticed, he just says it was a misunderstanding and apologizes. He relies on the fact that many customers, like me, trust Infiniti and don't closely scrutinize the invoice or don't want to be perceived as "the asshole" customer. He is very smart and always makes sure he has a plausible excuse or explanation.   In my last visit, I apparently, selected "Tire rotation" by mistake when I booked the appointment online. Shame on me, BUT here is how he took advantage of me this time... He didn't bother to confirm if I wanted the tire rotation, so they rotated my brand new tires. This was despite my not saying anything about wanting this when I spoke to the service rep in person and despite the fact that I told him I just had new tires installed by another Infiniti service shop 3 months ago. After he typed in the services I told him I wanted, he confirmed them with me. So when and how did the tire rotation get on to the list? The mechanic apparently didn't notice that the tires were brand spanking new and, therefore, had no visible wear. NOT LIKELY!!! Gary D******* also didn't bother to walk through the invoice with me or even ask if I wanted to review it. In fact, he didn't print it out and hand it to me until after I completed the payment transaction. I realized later, that he does this every time. Yes, shame on me for being in a hurry and not asking to review it before paying and walking out. But this is what he hopes you will do. I've been a loyal, and mostly satisfied customer, for 15 years unitl he became my service manager.

      BUYER BE WARE. Would give them zero if I could. Said the general manager was did not disclose when I test drove the car or picked the car up that the 2 key fobs that came with the 2013 Madza, Madza 5 used car that I purchased from the dealership did not function as expected. He intentionally had his sales people to start the car so I would never have possession of the keys to see the remote did not work. The Madza dealership wants to charge me $350 per key for new keys. A few days after I purchased the car Antonio, my salesman left the dealership. When I purchased the vehicle through them and of course they were so nice and friendly when I was spending money with them. In addition, they were to overnight my tags once they came in. I have called the dealership three times and my tags expire tomorrow therefore I will have to park my vehicle until I can get the tags. I will go through DMV for new tags so I can continue to drive my vehicle. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP EVEN THE SALESPERSON LEFT BECAUSE OF THEIR SHADY PRACTICES. SAID WILL NOT BE THE GENERAL MANAGER MUCH LONGER.!!!
