We are most appreciative for the outstanding service we received from Quick Homebuyers! ** ****** met with us in person, giving us information about the business and services they provide. Most notable is the agreement to allow us to stay in our home until the new property was completed in September, 7 months away. This was truly "customer service" at its best! The selling process was simple, and clear, which eliminated any stress for us. Thanks again to *** ******* ****** and all others for making this a wonderful experience for us!!! You all are great professionals!!***** and ****** ***Review from David A

My brother and I were living in an inherited home and needed to sell before relocating to our new home several hundred miles away. Our home was in what I considered to be fair condition, but would need an extensive interior refresh before a normal sale. Doing this long distance was not an option.Quick Homebuyers stood out from the other contenders due to their long time in the business and their offer of estate sale and moving assistance at no charge - a huge plus for us. I called them and received an attractive quote range over the phone, and set up a visit for the following week.On the day, ** and ****** arrived and took a walk through the house and property. Following this, three of their remodeling contractors toured the house in sequence. It was all non-intrusive and took a bit over 30 minutes. After reviewing the contractors' figures, ** was able to make an offer. My expectation was for something near the lower end of the phone estimate, but to my surprise ** was able to exceed the upper amount by several thousand dollars! Needless to say, we signed the contract that *************** time from arrival to signing was just under two hours, and we decided on a move date in two weeks, on the Friday before Labor Day.**'s team worked quickly behind the scenes, putting everything on autopilot for us. The estate sale coordinator contacted us that afternoon, and the movers shortly after. Both, like ** and his team, were professional, capable, and helpful at every turn. It's a testament to ** and Quick Homebuyers' depth of experience and contacts that they were able to bring everything together on a short timeframe leading up to a busy holiday weekend, and to have it go so *********** closing, I have only the highest praise for Quick Homebuyers and their associates. Their offer was more than fair, their terms clear and unambiguous, and the services they provide cannot be matched elsewhere. I'm very glad we gave them a call.Review from Jettie B

Mrs. ****** ***** and I were impressed with Quick Homebuyers *** from the moment we say the advertisement with the gentleman on TV. the gentleman's expression was sincere and honest. When we made the decision to leave our home our first choice was to contact Quick Homebuyers *** and speak with Mr. ******* Our initial contact was with ****** ***, who was a great help in starting our journey with this company. The Quick Homebuyers *** Team have been a great help to us. In less than a month our home was sold and we were able to find a home to move. We can't explain how grateful we were to have a successful application and settlement like this one. Thank you and we are recommending and tell others of our successful story with you. Thank you so much. ***** *****Review from Kathleen D

Quick Home Buyers. I highly recommend them. Jonathan B is very knowledgeable and experienced person to work with. He was available anytime I needed him. He is honest, trustworthy and upfront. My 85 year old sister who is difficult to deal with was very hesitant to sell her home. Jonathan put her at ease and answered all of her questions and concerns. He was thoughtful and patient. She ended up feeling comfortable and sold her house. She didn’t pay anything out of pocket including closing costs. Jonathan made the transaction quickly and easily. Jonathan is such a caring person. He really went above and beyond for her and for me as well. Including paying to have my sisters personal things removed from the house she sold to the location she is at now. He covered all charges, again nothing came out of her pocket. 10 stars and more for you Jonathan and the entire company!!Thank you Jonathan for being wonderful to work with. Our experience with Quick Homebuyers could not have been better. My family inherited a house in Virginia, none of us lived in the state. The house was a shambles holes in the walls in the roof dead birds just a mess. We needed to sell as is due to it being in Va. I called 5 companies who deal with these types of homes. I immediately felt very confident Quick Homebuyers could do the job after speaking to Ed Rooney. He told me what he would and could do for us and I was impressed, especially after checking with the BBB. After getting offers from all five and reading their contracts. Quicks offer stood out. Ed promised the amount he offered would be the amount we would walk away with and we did. Ed promised great customer service and thats what we got from Jonathon. Jonathan exceeded all expectations. There were complications on our part trying to get all the heirs on the deed. Jonathan held our hand through it all. All in all this was a great experience. My advice not all contracts are the same, you can trust Quick Homebuyers.Review from erika v

I highly recommend Quick Home Buyers, Ed Rooney and his assistant, Jonathan B*****. They are experienced, easy to work with & EVERY commitment was completed to my FULL satisfaction. My situation was unique for a home-buying service as this was my primary residence (4 BR/2.5 BA, approx 3K Sq Ft) and I did not need to sell quickly. What I needed to do was upgrade my kitchen, bathrooms, basement & replace the carpeting to competitively sell my house. As the single owner, managing all of those contractors by myself was not appealing. So I checked out home-buying services. I spoke with six different companies. One offered a quote over the phone & sent a contract without ever seeing the house. Another offered a quote over the phone with a follow-up phone appointment where I was to give a house tour over video. Three others came to the house where a salesman took pictures, went to their car to phone their company contact, determine an offer, then return with the offer. 2 of the 3 were favorable. The 3rd was gracious & suggested I accept one of the two. The 6th company was Quick Homebuyers. Ed & his assistant arrived with a contractor crew - not just someone with a camera. We had a discussion while his assistant & crew assessed the work to be done so they could have real information to determine their offer. Ed educated me on the contracting practices of his industry & how his contract was different. There were no contingencies in his contract such as: inspections, study periods or options for 3rd party buyers. Like the others he would pay all closing costs. Unlike the others he would also pay to pack and move my belongings. Considering his full-cash offer against the expense of upgrades, realtor commissions, closing costs, packing and moving, it made sense to go with Ed. The others had too many contingencies & did not offer the move. They made the entire process very easy, were always available for questions and we closed (remotely) on time as promised.Review from Robin L

As executors of our father's estate we had to sell the family home after the death of our father. My brother and I were sworn in by the probate office. Almost immediately after the filing we began to get calls from investors who wanted to sell the house. We were pretty clueless and Ed and Jonathan seemed like a good choice. We are very pleased with the outcome. They fulfilled all of their promises - including - a cash offer, no closing costs, no commissions, a quick closing, and no inspection. They also connected us to an estate company (Gabrielle) who organized, staged, and held the estate sale - afterwards she had the house empty/broom clean - and her cut was 30%. It was really kind of unbelievable how they took care of everything. The only glitch - which is not on Ed and Jonathan - is that the title company was a little slow to respond - however - when we reached out to Jonathan to get things on track - we had an immediate response. We closed using a mobile notary who came to us in different states, and the money was wired the next day. Being an executor is not for the faint of heart - especially after the loss - but we are truly grateful to this company, We went to probate around Feb 26 and it took us a while to sign on with them - but today - April 22 - everything is done: house is cleaned out, sold, and money is in the bank. They were responsive and I think they work every day of the week from early morning to late at night. We are very fortunate that we chose the right company and would use them for our own home sales in the future.Review from Inga E

Ed and Jonathan were pleasant to work with. They did indeed pay for the entire move out of the house, as well as all the closing costs, and the sale was completed on time. All that was very smooth and transparent and they were true to their word. The one (big) thing that was disappointing was that after the "feasibility study" to find an actual buyer/developer, they told us that they couldn't find a buyer at the price we'd signed a contract for. So then they offered $35K less, which we decided to agree to. We later learned that the buyers paid about $55K more than the original price ($90K more than the final price!), since they paid for a "development fee" -which is of course going to all the middlemen. That doesn't even include the buyers paying their realtor and closing costs. I'm not saying that Ed and company shouldn't have earned money, but we did feel like what happened was exactly what Ed warned other companies would do, and then it happened here. Still, though, it was easy and smooth working with Ed. Just know that ultimately you might not be able to count on the price he offers.
