They own ReadyRefresh which is a water delivery. Since Nestle purchased them their service is awful. Delivery is pushed out several times a week and this week mine was pushed out 5 times and I still don’t have waterReview from Carol M

I purchased a large box of Outshine Bars from BJ Warehouse which contained 24 bars. They are described as sugar- free and cost over $13. I did not see anything about Sorbitol on the front of the box. After eating one, I realized that they were sweetened with artificial flavoring and after reading the 10 lines of ingredients, I found the ingredient and an asterisk noting that sorbitol bothers some people. I happen to be one of those people. I called the company and they told me that it is in the ingredients so they wouldn’t do anything for me. My complaint is that this ingredient should be shown on the box in a similar way that Splenda is listed. If a part of the population cannot tolerate an ingredient, it should be shown more prominently. I see that others have made complaints and wonder if Nestle is just a huge conglomerate and cares nothing about people.

Terrible company and fraudsters. After discontinuing my service for both home and office 5 months ago have continued to get monthly bills. I have repeatedly called them requesting that the billing but the bills continue. It seems to be fraud and I would rec no one use their services.Nestle USA Response

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THE WAGES IT OWES ITS EMPLOYEES!! I WORKED FOR THEM FROM 12/2021 TO 2/2022 AND I AM STILL OWED WAGES FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME!! CANT GET A GOOD PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT WHAT MONEY IS OWED ME BUT THEY CAN SEND ME A FORM TO SIGN AND SEND BACK ABOUT MY CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS!! JOKE!!Review from Jason W.

Purchase 6 bottle of Nestle Classic Instant Coffee from Walmart last month. Just by looking at those bottles, I could tell there was significant less amount of instant coffee packed in each bottle compared with those I have purchased before. Weighed them and found out there was about 20 (slightly more) grams less in each bottle. I emailed Nestle customer relationship and got a reply saying they will give me a refund after I sent them photos showing bar code, production date, place of purchase, price paid, and my address in which I did but then after a month, there was no reply. I emailed them again and still no reply. I guess after I had emailed them everything they need, they figured out why bother to give me a refund. I am going to file a complaint with NYC Consumer Affair next and maybe see if I can notify some media to post this dishonor practice of doing business.
