On 3/15/23 I ordered 40 bucks worth of pizzas for my family. We have regularly ordered from the *** ***** *** location for years with no problem. However, within the last 3 months, two of our orders have had hair in them. When we call to inform the manager the second time (last night), , he wanted us to bring a pizza back at 9:30 at night and remake it, or begrudgingly offered 8 bucks back. We spend between 50 and 60 dollars every order feeding a family of 6. Biting into a hair pizza makes you lose your appetite! Who wants to try another piece of pizza after having a mouthful of hair?! The first time this happened, and after our debit card was overcharged the same transaction, by the way, the manager I spoke with in person acted like he had no idea what I was referring to! And was unwilling to do anything about it! So, we just forgot it and figured everybody has a bad day, then last night's episode is just unacceptable! We spent too much money to have our family dinner ruined!
