DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER! ordered a bag on 11/19 was promised it would be shipped the monday before thanksgiving - a day before christmas eve bags still not here. she promised me to overnight it; never did. she promised me a refund, never got it. literally the worst and it’s sad because she’s a new mom but she’s literally out here scamming people. disputed my charges through my bank, hoping my money is refunded

Ordered a purse in September, have never received it and have been given the run around about a replacement and my refund. Trusted her as we went to school together, but this has been so frustrating.

I ordered with her back in March and never received my items her help desk never replies to emails and she kept telling me she was issuing a refund and never did so I reached out to Afterpay and they issued the refund.

I ordered back in January 2 sweatshirts after a month I contacted her and she told me she was about to ship then contacted her wanting shipping info. She still hasn’t shipped them told me to choose 2 different sweatshirts. Waited a few weeks and contacted her to make sure they had shipped, they had not. End of march I asked for a refund and she has yet to refund me money back. Keeps telling me it’s at my bank which it’s not. Now it’s going on a month of no refund still!!

HUGE scammer!! I placed an order on 3/13/22 and another on 3/16/2022. Waited and waited for shipping confirmation, nothing. So I reached out to Courtney regarding my orders. First I was told that she had been sick and gotten behind on orders. I asked for a tracking numerous times she kept telling me ok I will now or I will asap. She played the sweet innocent by saying “ill even throw in store credit for the trouble and delayed shipping”. I contacted her again, this time I was told the my orders were shipped 3/25 and I would receive shipping confirmation. Still nothing. So on 3/28 I reached out to Courtney again.. this time I was told that my shipping label was printed incorrectly (on orders that were supposedly shipped on 3/25).. this time I was provided a picture of a 2 shipping labels. When I attempted to track the order it showed delivery date 4/1… on 4/2 still hadn’t received anything. I reached out to Courtney again… this time she said the item was shipped however according to USPS they were still waiting to receive the packages from the shipper. She still wouldn’t give me any info on my items. After contacting her multiple times without answers and continuing to get the run around.. I asked for my money back…when I finally got a response she said she has approved my refunded however I have yet to receive this refund… Nothing has been credited to my account yet. It looks like I may not be the first one she has SCAMMED!! Lol Be safe with who you give your card info too!! Shame on you Courtney, what your doing is illegal!!!

The biggest scam around! Courtney & her crap business of coco’s wardrobe is garbage! She will lie & steal money from anyone she can! Read the other reviews! She will be in court soon for a lawsuit! Quality of her clothes & counterfeit Louis Vuitton’s are awful! Sad day that she can’t be a good business owner!

Order not received, after waiting 2 months an ex-employee told me owner knew that shipment wasn’t coming in and was supposed to be refunding everyone’s money. I contacted owner Courtney on multiple occasions and multiple avenues and 3.5 months later have yet to hear anything back or a refund. Do not trust this business.
