      I sent my new machine, a ** * **** ***, for repair due to lack of contact. For a brand new machine that I have never used. Then they sent me a refurbish machine and even though I said I didn't want it, they confiscated my brand new machine. Currently the refurbis machine has the same problem. I have a used machine for which I paid full price for a brand new machine, and it is not working. I wanted to thank Canon for making me a victim.

      Canon Pixma ******. Just purchased this "wireless" printer, as my older printer has been retired and there are no drivers for it. After several hours per day for the last five days, I have decided to return this piece of junk. I found a help page that says this printer has to be plugged into (with a wire), our wireless router. Doesn't say that on the box, and no cables were included with the printer to do this. My router is on the other side of the house. I am not printing from five rooms away. I was able to use my Canon wireless printer before this purchase for thirteen years, and never once had to plug it into anything but power. So, this printer requires wires to plug in the power, and wires to plug into the router. THAT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WIRELESS. And the manual and online instructions say absolutely nothing about plugging the printer into a router. Anyway, the printer is being returned and i will NEVER purchase another Canon product.

      Manual leads to a scam website. Scamming the elderly who don’t know better. Reached out on canon community support and they were rude and condescending. Will never ever buy a canon again.

      Not all parts included with printer. If additional parts are required to be purchased then include that in the description. Bad business.

      I purchased a TR4720 printer on October 16, 2023, through Amazon.com (see attached receipt) and attempted to install it. It didn't work. The printer is perfectly functional and the issue is the "forever problem" of installing it on a Windows computer - that is why I bought it: Epson doesn't work with Windows 10 anymore. I tried to get support: Canon SELLS customer support, which is illegal and outrageous, but I bought it. I just complain as a last resort, given that big corporations are by definition dishonest and exploitative. Canon refused to send me the code, and refuses to provide support for their product. I am not *asking* for support: I am demanding it.

      Order Date: Sep 26, 2023 In summation: I purchased a Canon printer that was not successfully delivered to the correct address due to a national flood emergency. A ***** claim was filed and Canon Inc was paid their claim. Canon stated they’d refund me and never did so. You have 2 sound options, be wise & smart & choose the option you think is more astute: 1: You take the smart option; refund the funds you wrongfully took for the total of ******* USD as you did not deliver merchandise as described and caused me personal injury. 2: You ensue yourself in a legal and banking mess that is beyond your current level of comprehension, the amount of banking, legal, law enforcement, media levels of mess your company will entangle yourselves into will be a total and complete mess; choosing this option will yield in a declaration of war, a war you cannot by any means or ends ever win. I was told I'd get my paypal refund over email and never done so. Refund the transaction right this moment before you make me angry in a legal way and I start filing charge back and civil lawsuit.

      Please tell my why Canon's website will let you place an order saying the item is in stock and then send you an email saying the item is on backorder all the while charging your credit card for the full amount (including shipping)? I called customer service, and they told me it could be "weeks or even months" before the item is "back in stock" even though the website indicated it was in stock when I placed the order. Canon's customer service is an absolute joke along with the company's shady business practices. This whole experience makes me want to switch over to Nikon and convince everyone I know to avoid Canon products like the plague.

      Garbage garbage and garbage. 3 printers in 1 year....All had the same error problem. How do you dumbwits have all this money, 86 years in business and you can't fix simple door not closed errors....Your customer support guys are absolute idiots. Not a care in the world and of 0 help. Never again will I ever buy anything canon and being a business owner, I'll make sure I steer everyone away from canon products. How pathetic and sad of a company.
