      We bought a truck, within less than 30 days of having this truck, we started having issues. Truck won’t start, service messages come across the dash. We have attempted numerous times to have it fixed and they keep saying they can’t find anything. Now less than 2 years later the 4 wheel drive is out. They couldn’t even give me a loaner to get home.

      I am sorry to hear of your troubles with your vehicle you purchased from our dealership, however i will be happy to investigate the situation , i will need more information such as a vin # and description of your vehicle, and how many miles is on it.

      On March 18, 2022 I took my 2013 Buick Encore in because it had a transmission fluid leak at the radiator around one of the hoses. I notified them where the leak was and that it needed to be looked at. I left the vehicle and notified a few hours later that it was fixed. I went and got the vehicle and was driving it home when the hose blew off. I had to have it towed in and they said that they did not look at that problem they only flushed the transmission and tried to blame it on the transmission. They told me the transmission is ruined and I will have to buy the transmission for it. I do not feel I should have to because I told them the problem and they told me it was fixed and they never fixed it. I would like for them to either repair and replace all parts that was damaged due to their negligence or replace the car entirely.

      We did however; in a goodwill attempt, mention our willingness to discuss an offer of assistance. This was cut short by the customer’s unwillingness  to be agreeable or to consider our offer. The customer went on to say, he would be taking legal action. Unfortunately, by advice of our legal counsel, we are not at liberty to discuss any further details regarding this incident
