This transaction took place 10/18/21. My wife and I paid $360 for a male Rottweiler. We were told by a woman when we called that our pup should be ready around February of 2022. We are now in 2024 and I have NO puppy. They have had more than one liter since then. I've reached out several times and I've been told that they don't control mother nature and basically we're still waiting. This company has not remained in contact or kept us updated on the progress of the puppy. I understand that the deposit is nonrefundable, however, they breached the contract when they did not deliver as promised. I want a FULL REFUND and I will never do business with the breeder again!Business response

We don't do refunds. The mother had them too early and I can't control mother nature. There were other liters but it was predominately female.Customer response

I am rejecting the response that they don't do refunds. I have been waiting for years now with NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL from K9 Guardian Farms unless I personally reach out myself. The contract does state that there's no refunds HOWEVER they clearly breached the contract when they did not uphold their end of the bargain. I would have NEVER given him $360 if he stated it would take this long and they clearly did not intend on delivering on their word. I am requesting a FULL refund please and thank you.
