******************* dont deserve any stars! Matter fact he needs his business license taken away and to never do pool work again. Hes been scamming so many people including myself. He asked for a down payment which was given to him. After that he came on a Saturday was here for maybe two hours . He then asked for another payment which we have him another *******. He then came back the following Saturday was here 45 minutes. So after that I started **** him on if I should be worried if he was going to finish the job. After that never heard from him again. He took almost $5000.00 and never returned.

Daniel is a crook. Similar experience with him making promises to come and finish a paid for job and then never coming back, never answering calls or responding to texts messages and saying if we wanted our money back we would have to sue him. If I could give him negative stars I would. Do NOT use him!

Don’t understand some of those reviews. Especially with the pump burning out due to an acorn being stuck in the plumbing which is the owners fault. They should have been cleaning their pool and not neglecting it thinking the pump and filter will clean it. Daniel Miller of pool and spa butler is a small company that does great work. I will always use him. He is very knowledgeable and is straight up. A lot of people neglect their pool and want to blame some one else for it instead of owning up to their part in messing up. My friends and I never had any problem with him and been using him for about 3-4 years now. Having a F rating is crazy. I have never seen a perfect company and for people to write bad reviews and lie to mess with his bussiness is crazy. This company deserves atleast a B or B+. He goes above and beyond and tends to do slight work for free. When he came to install my pump because it was over heating he diagnosed the problem and saved me about 1500$. They was something stuck in my plumbing and water was not getting to the pump properly. He blew out one of the lines and it fixed the issue and he only charged me 250$ which is a great price. I was able to return the pump and I saved money by not having it installed. He is honest and loves pools and has great customer service skills. He could have been a crook and just installed the pump and took my money and came back the next time the pump over heated and charged me again and I would have to buy another pump and charged me for blowing out the lines at the same time. This company deserves more positive comments. This proves no matter how good you are and how honest you are you just can’t please everyone and people only write about the negatives and not the positives.
