May 20,2022 i was told that 500.00 dollars was removed from my account May 23,2022 i was told i went into my account on march 23 2022 all of which i did not participate in after going to urw in yanceyville Nc on Friday May 20th and today which is Monday the 23 of May i now have a fraud case against them. Phone services does not operate with this bank . I have had an account with them for about 2years and my only issue WAS they dont ever answer any phone calls at no time of the day.. about a year ago (2021) they had a change in the system and i couldnt get into my account online anymore. at this point and time i was ready to close my account, however i did not close it because shortly after that i had a conversation with the person i normally deal with and since i only opened the acct to save to purchase a home i thought the informaton that i was given on that day would help me tremendously....which was about a secure loan , it would build my credit and at the end of the loan i would have an extra 500 in the account . sounds good so i went for it but then the things i mention at the beginning of this review took place and i dont think anyone should take money from another person ESPECIALLY FROM A BANK .....and nobody can pull any camera bc its been so long ago....I urge anyone readng this before doing business with anybody please read all reviews all way thru and watch your own money that way you know 1st hand whats going on with it 500 may not be alot to some people but when you live in certain situation and you want to better yourself 500 is alot. i work hard for my money URW A BANK THAT NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE , A BANK WHERE ANY AMOUNT MONEY GET MISSING AND NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS, BUT BLAME THE CUSTOMER A BANK WHERE THE CUSTONERS ARE DEFINATELY NOT THE IMPORTANT PERSON they can cover it up because anything under 1000.00 does not get flagged. I learned that from law enforcement today i closed my account today

This member received a share secured loan of $500.00 at the Yanceyville Branch on 8/24/2021 to build credit. The share secured loan would hold the $500.00 as a reducing pledge type collateral in Ms. ********s share account. The loan was deposited into her account for $500.00 at 11:03 AM and a withdrawal for $500.00 at 11:10 AM was made by the member. The information provided by our lobby tracking app shows that she was still in our Loan Officer’s office until 11:57 AM 8/24/2021 completing loan paperwork. The member signed an In-House payroll form giving URW consent to withdraw the payment from her account when each payment was due. The result caused her overall balance in her account to decrease as the loan was repaid with the collateral funds in her account since her direct deposit from her employer ceased on 1/28/2022. No manual deposits were made by the member during this time period.
