My neighbor bought a building from these people they used my yard when I wasn't home and completely messed my yard and driveway up cut my wifi cable. I sent them pictures and they basically told me that this is what happens when they bring out there sheds. I didn't even buy one, from them I had to come out of my pocket to fix what they messed up , this company is horrible buyers beware do not give these people your business they will not respect your property or your neighbors.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shed from homstead on Aug 10th, I was told it would arrive in 8-12 weeks and it didn't. I had to call them to find out what was going on, the communication from them is terrible. I was told they had multiple truck issues thats why I didnt have my building yet. I call them Nov 13 and a week later I finally got my shed but still had issues. The garage door has been messed up since it was delivered. It eas not framed properly or installed properly. You cannot open the door wirthout the cables flying off and the door tracks arw crooked and not straight. They damaged some components of the door trying to repair it one time already. They didnt attach all of the compenents to the wall, there is framing missing. The owner called me Nov 20 and assured me that it would be taken care of and he would call me back Tue-Wed Nov 23-24. Today is December 15th and still no call back. I have tried calling them and no answer and no call back. They charged me an extra $1,000.00 for all of the extra work for the door and the door itself. They didnt do all the extra work I was charged for and I still cannot use the door without it coming apart. I paid them $11,704.00 for this building and it isnt build right and they won't answer my calls or call me back. I don't know what to do. I would rather have a partial refund and hire someone else to fix it. They have been very unprofessional and are hiding from their problems and it is unfair to the customer with the amout of money I paid them. I have pictures of everything. Please help me. I would accept a refund of 2,000$ so I can hire someone else to fix it. I uncluded pictures showing the missing framing and that the main part of the door mechanism isnt even bolted to the wall because they didnt even frame it in.
