      ******BUYER BEWARE****** I bought a $50,000 ******** **** c63 amg from this dealership. I live in tennessee and told the dealer that i wanted this specific car because it has factory driving modes that can be changed, and a special exhaust system that can be adjusted as well for sound. I was lied to and the dealer misrepresented the vehicle. Not only had the vehicle's exhaust system been cut out and modified, the engine was modified, and none of this information was disclosed to me. I tried to return the vehicle ,they denied. The manager said this is an AS IS issue. I said this vehicle was bought for the specific reason that it has adaptive driving modes as well as adaptive exhaust. I was not told the vehicle had been chopped up. Also, that the vehicle had been a stolen vehicle. I asked for them to pay to put the car back to its intended performance, they denied. I have sought legal representation....

      Bought a car from Aren Auto a group 2 weeks ago, immediately had numerous issues and contacted them asap. Many e-mails and texts ltr still no response. Their website claims respect, honesty & integrity ??. So disappointed and do not recommend this place.

      I called the local sheriff's office and was informed to file a complaint here. Now I see that they're not even BBB accredited so it makes sense. And it's actually AREN AUTO GROUP but according to those who received my money was EMPIRE AUTO. I had put down a deposit of 2,000.00 on a Jeep on 6/18/22. I was informed that I had to find my own financing and was promised that my car would be delivered to me on 6/21/22. I could not finance because they never had the title and when I informed them they said I can finance with their bank. Why didn't you say that in the first place? They promised to send the info only to never send or call back. on 6/21/22 I had no vehicle. I requested my money back. They gave me a fake email address and lied about the manager not being their until Friday. On Friday, I explained to him what happened and ask for my money back. He yelled and said he was not giving me the full refund because "it's not fair that I worked on the car and now you don't want it!" Dude I never received the car and you guys did not have the title! And it is your job to not sell a car that is not working! He lied and said they did had the title even when they didn't because my bank informed me of it. I already put in a dispute with my bank and hopefully received my money back! And BTW, the Sheriff of the area stated that they are the WORST AND SHADIEST area to buy a car from! - A lady from Maryland

      Great service when it comes to selling. Once it is bought they lied to me from the start. I though that dealers of vehicles don't lie about the condition of the car. I understand that used vehicles come with small problems and at least the engine in good condition. I bought from this people a Jeep for almost 14,000 dóllars cash, all our savings. I TRUSTED THEM, the point is that a few days after buying it I realized that the oil level was very low and it was leaking. Contacted our sells person and we were ignored. I was able to obtain the owner's number and he told us to bring it back in. Owner told us it was fixed we paid some of it, Few days later another lick came up. Notify him and send pictures. Once again brought it in and said there was nothing. Came back home. We put carboard to take pictures again and send it to him. We have not received a response since then. We barely used that car now. We have to fix a bunch of things. I recommend that if you are going spending good money on a used car take a mechanic with you, specially with this people. Do not trust them. They lied from the start.

      still waiting to hear from the general manager on a date to pick up my 2010 NISSAN MURANO which was purchased on Nov. 30, 2021 returned on 12-09-2021 because of TRANSMISSION ISSUES and today is Dec. 23, 2021 no word from Chris yet on a pick up date.
