The business does not provide receipts, quotes, or estimates. They took my lawnmower and leaf blower for repair after an $80 cash deposit on July 21,2023. Never provided estimate or quote of any kind. On August 2nd, they texted me with the mower is finished and pay $204.98 more. I picked up that day and Still no quote or receipt for the $204.98 acsh I paid. My blower was not ready and said they needed more time. Then on August 14, 2023 they texted again stating it is ready and I needed to pay same price for the blower again another $204.98. Without a quote or estimate again and all in cash. I believe lack of paperwork, proper qoutes/estiamtes and all cash is super sketchy. I am not paying the second $204.98 and asked that they give me back the blower how I gave it to them. I went to this business 2 weeks ago on 6/15/23 and they said that they will get back to me in 1 or 2 days to check the generator that I took there, and for that, they took an $80 deposit which they never did the job and didn't refunded the money, very rude lady and man, she was yelling, screaming and cursing and they never refunded my deposit and they never checked the generator, I want my refund back as soon as possible because they are a scam.Initial Complaint

The company picked up my snowblower and lawnmower for repairs. Never presented an estimate, never called for direction. After 2 months of numerous attempts to reach the business someone answered and said my equipment was repaired for ~$400.00. It has yet to be delivered, there have been no conversations regarding complaint. I have missed 3 snow storms and am getting complaints now from HOA that my yard needs attention.They can buy my equipment if they want it, otherwise answer the phone, keep the equipment and I will buy a new mower.
