Misleading, misleading, misleading. I dropped off my trimmer that wouldn't start and asked for an estimate to repair it. An older gentleman said that I needed to leave an $40 deposit, which I did. I told him that I only paid $200 for the machine when I purchased it brand new, and that I would not spend a lot to repair it. I told him that I just wanted a diagnosis and ballpark repair estimate. I never signed off on any repairs to be done. The gentleman said the lady who handles the billing would call me later that day to advise me. No one called, so I called back later that day and asked them to provide a cost estimate for repairing my trimmer. I was told that someone will call me and no-one did. Then I get a text message on my phone advising me of my balance $125.98. They even don't deserve a single star. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, extremely rude, and very poor service. I am looking into a class action suit.Review from Guy L

I could write an essay but will keep it short: Dropped my weed trimmer off because it wouldn’t start & was told I’d receive a call in a week. 4 weeks passed of calling multiple times/week to get someone to tell me they had looked at it & that it needed a new carburetor. Obviously I declined the repair because they lost any trust or good will I had. Then it took me another 3 weeks of multiple calls/week for them to let me come pick it up. I diligently tried for 7 weeks to get to this point & the thought of refunding my $40 deposit was a non-starter for them. Nicole is who I spoke to the most & she was rude & unaccommodating throughout the process, without ever following up even when she said I would receive a call back. She even went as far as to say it was the mechanics fault, not hers, which is just sad. Unfortunately I can’t speak on their workmanship but be prepared for a battle going into any repair work.
