I was being stalked by a former intimate partner who kept showing up on the property managed by 1st choice. Since he wasn't coming into the building but sitting in the parking lot, it was permitted. I begged for over 4 weeks for this person to be barred by management especially since he didn't live here. They said they sent a notarized letter barring him but refused to provide me a copy. The guy lied to police and had me charged with stalking him (subsequently ending my 20 year healthcare career in the area pretty much) which has since been dismissed. I received an eviction notice because the change while pending couldn't pass the background check. The property manager was made aware prior to court that the salvation army (who collectively had taken up donations from their office members because of the work I did with them) was willing to pay the amount he was seeking and I made 3 proposals to pay the next months rent. He stated I would still be evicted.The stalking charge was dropped the guy started coming around again showing up while trying to pack and move. 3 more times the police come because he's on the property or has stolen something from my apartment (used later to track me). I kept trying to invoke the no-trespass order only to find out the property manager never had one served.The day of the eviction, I had found housing for my son, a ****** family for his support pet but did not meet the deadline to get me shelter. My neighbor let me hang out until her husband got home at 6:30 an since I don't own a car I just needed a place to sit until 9:00 pm when a friend who would let me stay with her would get off from her home healthcare job to get me.This wasn't good enough for the property manager who proceeded to call the cops on me and have me kicked off the property even though another neighbor said I could wait with her at that point. People from neighboring HOMES reached out including nextdoor called him all kinds of names. Tenants say typical of him.

Although its hard to decipher what the reviewers issue(s) is/are due to all of the extraneous information, we submit the following response:1. We are a Real Estate firm. The local police department would be the appropriate place to address the reviewer's first issue but as a courtesy, we did issue a certified no-trespass letter.2. The reviewer received an eviction notice from the local Court system due to non-payment of rent.3. The eviction notice required the reviewer to leave the premises.
