On May 7th previously Ive been talking on the phone we the owners of ************** even running my credit union n til I got the best deal to purchase a ************ Prius 2015 I went by train from ************ to finally test and drive it it was all So good until I almost finished signing all the paperwork to purchase the Car mentioned before I notice it was an issue with the A/C that wasnt blowing cold air thats when one of their employee got to tested it again and finally put some freon on it. Even though before finishing I told them if there is any issue Im going to call you hopefully I wouldnt need to do that then few minutes after I left driving my just purchased vehicle down to ************ on the 22 nd of May I noticed that the issue on the A/C reappeared and immediately call them let it them know what was going on with the Prius after several conversations we finally got in agree next week it means May 28th I went dropped it off and them lend me another car from the dealer So I Did that dropped mine picked up another one and came straight back home So I Did the same by the time they advised me that the Car was ready and it was only $10 part on the next day it means on 29th but I went to picked it on the 30th also remember saying I wonder if its completely solve the problem 100% because I live So far away, thats when on June 23rd I had to call them again cause the issue with the A/C started again I told them how are we going to fix this permanently this is taking too much time besides money gas etc. In one of our conversations I presented different alternatives I can take to A/C garage near me but just for diagnosis of the issue it was around $250 they denied it. He told me bring it over but this time find a ride to go back home and even after is ready and I said everybody has to work how come you are not are not helping for my ride back So where is the customer service!? Finally ***** one of the owners told me that take back the car and I said yes!Business response

I'm sorry you are experiencing HVAC issues again. First of all, this is a 9 year old pre owned vehicle and anything can happen. You mentioned you love the vehicle and its running great! When you purchased the vehicle, it was blowing but not fully cold so we recharged the system. Mind you this was in beginning of May when the season was very volatile with temperatures. We recharged it, and it was fine. You left and 22 days later it must have leaked out again. This time, at no charge, I serviced your vehicle again and changed the ******** valve and recharged system again and provided you with a loaner. now 28 days later it leaks out again so possible small leak may be present, but we do put dye in the system so we can check it again for you but you need to come to our shop. I understand you live 2 hours away but our shop is at our lot and if you need me to look at it again you would need to come here so we can diagnose the problem You decided not to come and want us to pick up the vehicle and or pay for YOUR towing? We never said we wouldn't help look at the problem. You just didn't want to travel back to us? Finally now 3 weeks later and after filing this complaint, You show up! We are scheduled to look at it this week and will let you know what is causing the Freon leak. HVAC systems can get tricky but rest assured we will get to the bottom of it.
