I received service in October 2021 at this office. I provided my insurance card (*****) and was charged for services which I paid at the office. On June 17, 2022 I received a bill from the office stating that I owed $126 for services unpaid. The statement claims that the bill was overdue because the office did not have a biller from October 2021 until February 2022. The new billing manager claims Loebig Chiropractic did not accept my insurance at the time of service and I should have been told at the time of service about this fact and their office has a practice of billing up front in-full for services that are not covered by insurance. If that was the case, I would have paid for my services on the dates that I received them (10-6-2021 and 10-8-201) using my credit card, which I provided for the fees that I ending up paying at the time. I believe that I am being charged incorrectly by this office. They are taking advantage of me for a mistake that they made. I feel that this is not fair and the office is not willing to admit their mistake.Business response
