            They don’t return calls. Not professional at all. Secretary is very rude. Called three times to get quotes for two different houses. Could not get a return call, and yes I checked voice messages! Does anyone want to work anymore???

            To whom it may concern, Wendy **  called our office on May 10,2022 and on May 12,2022 and asked to get a price on an awning. I told her both times I would give her message to him when he came in and I did. On May 16, 2022 Wendy **  called and said she was turning us in to BBB because no one has called her back. I tried to explain to her that we were very busy at the moment and will get in touch with her when he could. She started telling me how unprofessional we were and why had no one called her yet? I tried explaining to her over and over that all I could do was take a message for her I'm not the one that does estimates. She kept on telling me that we needed to do something better. I told her we haven't done any work for her as of yet and she really had no reason to complain. She then called me a TRIFLING *****. I hung up on her, I will not have anyone cursing me for no reason. I never raised my voice to the woman. I would like to know if she can complain to BBB about us, who are we to complain to about rude, ill mannered and cursing people that we have not ever even met.? I will not accept being cursed at by anyone and that includes her . I will not be doing any business with this woman at any time now or in the future and I will not apologize for that now. I will not tolerate extremely rude customers at any time. If you have any questions please call me Curtis ** ****** *** Penny ** ******
