Hello- I prepaid Garage Doors to Loudoun Garage Door an amount of $4,915 on September 26,2022 for my new house. Receipt is attached. This payment is ½ of the full price and the remaining half should be paid when they deliver and install the garage doors. I found out yesterday and confirmed today that Loudoun Garage Door will not deliver and finish the work despite offering a written personal guarantee to pay them the remaining balance when they finish the delivery/install. Attached is a copy of my conversation with them. I need a full refund, in check or cash, of the $4,915 they took of my card on September 26,2022. Thank you,*********************Customer response
