My husband and I received an invitation in the mail to attend a travel showcase in Kansas City, Kansas on July 16, 2023. We attended because we were promised a free 8 day/7 night cruise. The large postcard even had pictures of well known cruise ships; ********, *********, and ***** *********. We attended the showcase, but opted out of paying the $12,000 fee for travel discounts. We were told that we would receive a voucher for a free cruise including airfare whether we purchased or not. When the session ended we headed to a table with an employee who told us that they couldn’t get their printer to work, took our email addresses and promised to email the vouchers to us. We never received the vouchers! After several calls, and emails, I decided to do a check of the company who was supposed to give us the cruise ( Dynasty Global Enterprise). In looking at the number of complaints I realized this company is a sham. My concern is that they are in violation of mail fraud, as well as not delivering on their promises. Hopefully you can look further into this company and have them fulfill their promises, or shut them down completely.  *************************

My husband and I attended a Cruise and Travel Showcase on 8/10/23. Was advised gifts including a complimentary promotional 8 day/7 night cruise of my choice to ****** or ********* including complimentary airfare would be emailed within 48 hours. A week later after multiple phone calls I finally get an email voucher. The voucher is not what was advertised.

My husband and I received a post card promising an 8 day/7 night Alaska cruise with airfare and food in exchange for us listening to their 90 minute presentation. After listening to their presentation and opting against purchasing their vacation club access for $10,000 for lifetime access, or they were going to discount to $4000 with 4 or 5 year access with the option to extend if you pay the difference. They say that they are affiliated with *** hotels and that was how they got all of our information. After declining, they give us the vouchers for free food and cruise. Upon further evaluation the cruise voucher was not for the cruise that was promised on the card. When we contacted them they said we had to activate the voucher which was $98 ($49 per person). I did and received another voucher in the mail. When I reached out to the booking agency, they read me a disclaimer that said they were not affiliated with Dynasty Global and recommended I file a complaint. The phone number that was on the post card is now disconnected. The phone number on their website goes to a recording with their business hours. During business hours it goes to voicemail. I have only gotten any response via email. I have attached a picture of the post card.

My husband and I attended a presentation for Dynasty Global Incentives and were promised 2 free plane tickets and hotel vouchers. We received an email that required fees to activate the free tickets. I came to the BBB page to see very similar complaints. This company needs to be dealt with and held responsible for wasting peoples time and stealing their money.

On May 18, 2022 I sent a check for $98.00 to Dynastyy Global Insentives for the promised 2 free tickets for attending their promotion of *** Vacation Resorts. I have never received a voucher for tickets, which was supposed to be sent within 30 days. I feel this company is not legitimate. I await the voucher thinking I have lost $98.00

On July 13, 2022, my husband and I attended a travel presentation where we were promised a vouchers for a cruise, airfare and hotel stay. On July 14, 2022, I followed all instructions in the voucher to redeem the promised cruise, airfare and hotel stay including payment of the required fees on Dynasty Global's website and was promised that the reservation forms would be sent within 15 business days (on or before August 4, 2022). I added Dynasty Global to the safe senders list in my e-Mail and received a confirming e-Mail that I was now a member of their site. However, to date, I have not received the reservation forms that were paid for and promised. I have e-Mails Dynasty Global on August 10th, October 5th and 6th (at two different e-Mail addresses and again today. To date I have received no response and no promised reservation forms. I will be disputing the charges today with my credit card company as I did not receive the product purchased.

My husband and I received an invitation to attend a seminar hosted by Executive Travel at The *************************** on 12/30/21. The seminar host made it clear that we did not have to purchase anything but if we listened to their presentation, we would receive a voucher for two round trip airline tickets and 3 days in a hotel anywhere in the country. Since the travel service offered by Executive Travel cost $12,000, we passed but still collected our vouchers. The vouchers were not free--imagine that--but nevertheless we persisted because my mother is turning 80 and we have a trip planned. According to the document provided by Dynasty Global Incentives, we had to pay $49/person to activate each voucher. I looked the company up on the BBB site and it appeared the customers who followed the fine print exactly did receive their tickets within the 15 days as promised. I paid $98 plus a $7.95 handling fee on 1/13/22. I waited more than the 15 days and then tried to contact the company. My call went to voicemail. I did have a return call with a message stating he would be in the office at 4pm the following day. I called at this time and got voicemail again. Every time I have called I have gotten voicemail. At this point, my husband and I are embarrassed to admit that we were scammed and will be happy with the return of our $105.95. I really feel for the two couples who purchased the $12,000 package from our group.
