Hello, this is in response to a complaint that was filed by ******* ******* regarding receiving mailers in her mother's name at her address. I sincerely apologize that this has continued to happen but please know that I have taken appropriate steps to completely remove this address from the mailing systems that our vendors use. As the customer service manager for this office, I assure you that you should not receive any more mailers from our company at your address. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know that this has happened. Again, I am truly sorry. Should you have any further concerns, please let us know.
