  We have been asking Bald Guys and Associates since May 8, 2024, to remove ALL pictures of our house from the WWW / search engines due to an abusive situation we have been through. This has been on the www/ search engines for over 3 years. It was posted for sale, then someone put it in as pending, so that would be two times that it was posted in on the WWW, from **** ********* **** * ******** * **** ****** ****** * ******* We have communicated many times, about the problem and the first time they said they have no clue where or how the pictures were being posted. (Even though it was on their website for 3 years.) They told us back on May 31, 2024, that they were hiring a new admin person who will take care of the pictures and take them down. We also reached out to the **** ** ****** *** ******* **** (who is the broker to Bald Guys and Associates.) On May 19, 2024, and 2 times on July 1, 2024, with no responses. The last response from Bald Guys and Associates was on June 11, 2024, stating from ******** *********   "I’ve sent this to the guy who does my website stuff because I have no idea how to navigate it all and I really don’t have the time or capacity to try to sit down and figure it out. Once I hear back from him I’ll let you know." We sent a response back on June 17, never hearing from them again. We then sent a letter to **** ** ****** *** ******* **** on July 1 the letter that ******** ********* sent us on June 11, 2024, for a response along with ALL the websites / search engines that have pictures labeled from Bald Guys and Associates. We worked with all these search engines to have the pictures removed, but they say the realtor that posted the pictures has to remove them themselves.   On May 28th **** and ****** ******* emailed us and asked us to remove all of their listing photos from our website.  We immediately contacted our website manager and asked him to remove all photos. He looked at the website and said the photos were no longer there.  I then heard again from the *******'s about another set of links that had their home attached but they were through a different website so again, I took the time to contact a third party website to have them removed. Once that one had been completed they then contacted me about another one.  We do not have control of third party websites!  Our MLS auto feeds to many other websites when a home is listed and we don't have control over those third party websites (it says so in our contracts) Please make note that the ******** were never a client or customer of Bald Guy & Associates and never used our services.  Their home was put on the internet to be advertised by another real estate company and somehow it got attached to our website through the IDX system and we immediately removed per their request.  We have gone above and beyond to help with this situation and we cannot be held responsible for images of their home that are not on our website any longer!  I'm honestly appalled that we would get a complaint from someone who we've never worked with and who we spent a lot of time trying to help.
