      this is the worst and most dishonest company. A service technician by the name of ******* came out to my house to do annual servicing. He was a young kid trying to make commissions and not do his job. All he tried to tell me that my coils were rusting and my system was filthy and needed to be cleaned. He wanted to charge me about $4000 worth of service needs. None of which I needed. My unit was only five years old and installed by them. You should also know that your warranty would be avoided if they don't do the annual servicing. Save your money and find a more reputable company that will not charge you thousands of dollars to do a few hundred dollars worth of cleaning. He even wanted to sell me their special filters for $998 for four of them. He tried to sell me an air duct cleaning. He tried to tell me that my unit needed to be cleaned for $1700. It's still under a 10 year warranty. Their client relations people and management team could've cared less. Also beware, because they record all of their service calls. This is great for you as the customer a few do the same. Then you can prove that all they try to do a sell you stuff when they're in your house. He left my thermostat at 90 on an 80 day in early November. Of course the management team backs him up because they don't want to stand behind anything. Please people save your money and go elsewhere.

      The company is too big, nonresponsive, and cares more about SALES, not service. ** **** wanted to charge me more than $1500 for an **** repair. The previous year, when I bought my home the inspection noted no issues with the **** unit. Likewise, the previous year, ** ****** own technician who conducted an inspection as part of their preferred member plan found no issue with the **** unit. Suddenly this year, the technician says the unit was installed improperly and the wiring is a fire hazard. He disconnected the unit and ordered a new heat pack. I called a small local family-owned company. For $79 they did an inspection and said the wiring was atypical, but was perfectly safe and to code. The tech reconnected the unit. I called ** **** and emailed them multiple times. Never heard from anyone until I received a text confirming a service call for the next day! Each time I called I only got their "customer care" person/dispatch. No real person in the shop or on the floor. ** **** is too big, too expensive, and nonresponsive. I'm happy to support a local small business where you get a real person on the phone, real customer service, and honest work. I recommend ****** **** in Sterling ********.

      They are unreliable company. Last November of 2023. I called for service when I found out they took over my previous company. It took them 4 times to come for my service. I had to call them each time when they did not show up. Then I had an appointment scheduled for today for heating inspection at 1pm. I called them at 1:15 and they advised me they had to reschedule again and it would be December I asked to speak to a supervisor and they were out to lunch. Called customer they were no help either. You cannot rely on this company. Do not use them. They will not show up at your residence. Supervisor has not called me back yet. I am done with this company.

      Had a small water leak in my 3ft high encapsulated crawl space, so I called a made an appointment. The ******* arrived and accessed the problem, he gave us an estimate for $780, I fixed it myself with help from ACE Hardware. It only cost $10.99. ** **** is price gouging and overcharging customers. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!!!!

      They didn't show up for the service appointment. When called to inquire after the allotted time, the they said that they'd have to reschedule. This was after I waited around my home. Further, I canceled the service, yet they still charged my CC for it. I had to call and get transferred between folks to get that resolved.

      Based strictly on price/rate and quality of the faucet installed. I feel i was grievously overcharged. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I appreciate that ***** came out and did a good job quickly. I just feel taken advantage of by the company's pricing. I protested vehemently at the prices of the faucet that he showed me. And was shocked at the final price--$1,500 for approximately 2 hours of work and a faucet that can be purchased at retail for under $200.. My son is a master ********* who does kitchen remodels (I chose not to bother him). He reviewed the invoice and looked at the finished job. He was also surprised at what we were charged.

      Bad company to work with. Talked so sweet to get us on annual contract and then....needed 1/2 bath sink pipe soldered and got charged $1200. You MUST be kidding me. I paid it because we were suckered by the annual agreement speech. I see others saying they refuse to let you cancel this agreement, but WE WILL...no matter what. BEWARE!!!

      This company pays people to remove negative reviews. I wrote a negative review on another review platform and received an offer of a $200 refund to remove that review. Don't believe their review averages--they got them through bribery! My original review about my negative experience with their electrical and HVAC work is below. Summary: friendly employees but they use their charisma to create high pressure sales situations at exorbitant prices and for equipment that does not necessarily need to be replaced. Electrical: following an electrical inspection we had 4 interconnected smoke detectors installed to be "up to code". They charge $241 a piece for what I later realized would be less than $45 at Lowes (my mistake for falling for their absurd pricing). Less than a year later, after 4 false alarms, one detector totally malfunctioned. We placed a service call, waited all day, and the technician arrived and didn't have a replacement with him. Texted back and forth with the technician for 3 more days and spent many hours waiting him to not show up before getting a replacement that is not bluetooth. HVAC: They responded to a late-night, weekend emergency loss of heat which was appreciated. Super friendly technician. He did a temporary fix that got our heat back on and came back the next day to do a permanent repair. After the repair he called and said he had installed the wrong thing and needed to come back with a different part. On that visit, he told us our furnace was in imminent danger of failure and we would need a replacement ASAP (with some sort of discount if we signed that day!). At that point we were skeptical and got two second opinions from reputable local companies, both who said our furnace was just fine.This business uses their service contract to get into your house and push for expensive, unnecessary repairs. They have seriously questionable sales practices and ethics and I recommend staying far, far away.

      This company does not truly care about their customers! We ordered a replacement for a functioning water heater, but every invoice we received did not show the model number. We called the plumber numerous times, but no response. Finally, an account manager sent email offering assistance. He said we would be getting the one we desired but couldn't put it in the system. He sent a link showing the one we would get and it matched what we ordered. On the day of installation (16 Aug 23), we got a call telling us the plumber would arrive in ***** minutes, but he was over 1 1/2 hours late. The plumber said we had to sign before any work could be done, but the price was not correct. He changed it, and then removed our water heater. He took the new water heater off the truck and when he removed the packaging, it was not the same model as ordered and it had a large dent on the side. I told him the account manager assured us we would get a different model. ******* said he never heard of that model (though it was a popular model) and called the company. Afterwards, he said that same account manager told him that we were fing liars. We told him we would not accept the wrong model with a large dent, especially after management cursed us! He reconnected the water lines so we would at least have cold water. He said someone from the company would call us that evening, but nobody did. At 0825 next day, I called the company and was directed to customer relations where nobody answered and no voice mail. I called back and got the exact same results. At 1100, we called the company and canceled all work on the home. We went two months without hot water. Nobody has called since! On 2 Aug 24, **** sent a past due document for the original agreed amount! They tried to give us a damaged, wrong product, cursed us out and after we cancelled service and no response for a year, they now want the total amount. THAT is incredulous!

      Never engage this company for any service. **************** reps will do sweet talk and make you sign up for annual service contract. After that you will not find a way to cancel this contract. You cant cancel either over phone or by email. If you call them they say, cancellation rep will call back and you will never get call back. Their service charges are exponentially high even if you have annual service contract. It is a total ripoff.Be careful
