November 18th, 2023 I put down deposit of 1500 with balance to be financed was 4700 with monthly payments of 400 until February to pay remaining balance on taxes. The car was used with promise no issues with car & if their was to bring back and he would work with me. The car gave issues next day he say bring back to look at he has mechanic run dynastic they ran seen problem said they would look up & have fixed have me return next day I left out of parking lot & not even half mile from dealership I try cross road & car completely cuts off in middle road a 18 wheeler starts coming down street I cut car off cut back on put in drive it cuts off again still in road I hear truck hit breaks I try cutting car on again & not panic finally get car go n drive make across street truck had to come to complete stop I called dealership explained what happen owner says I’m closing shop nothing I can do tonight he said bring car back tomorrow if you don’t want it . I barely made it back to dealership with car & when I got there he made up a return fee on car of &700 plus $300 for a warranty then I could return car I didn’t agree to it more details can be discussed on phone I’m need help with this situation please give me call soon I’m still dealing with him wanting payments for the vehicle which I payed for out of pocket to have fixed with 30day tags on it.Business response

She's not made any payments on the Jeep and did not have insurance coverage on the vehicle as required. She also did not purchase the warranty required. She came back in a few days later saying there was a problem with the Jeep. We took a look at and the only code was for an O2 sensor. The warranty she did not pay for would have covered the sensor. This vehicle was purchased As-Is. She continued to complaint about the Jeep and we offered her several times that we would take it back and give her a full refund. We test drove the Jeep after she brought it back and we did not experience any if the issues she said was going on. She still has the car.
