To whom it may concern, I am a Patient at Pulmonary Asc of Richmond. I would like to be clear that I am not making a complaint about the clinical skills of the practice. I have a monthly appointment there with a co-pay of $** and except for the beginning of Covid when they were mailing bills I pay it every month. Since mid-2020 I have been harassed month after month by incorrect bills. The co-payments aren’t being assigned to the date of service and I keep on being billed the $**. I have had countless conversations with the billing department where they open my account, express surprise at how long they have been making the same mistake, apologize and promise to fix it. I have spoken about this with someone who identifies herself as the manager of the billing department most of those times and yet each time she seems to have no memory of the previous conversations. This is an appreciated version of what I wrote since the rest won't fit. I have attached the full one.Customer response
