      Could not be more disappointed. A huge waste of money I'll never get back. Upon arrival I tried to use the vapor steamer several times but the safety green light never worked, so I contacted customer service. **************** tried to convince me that I was misreading the manual, and to go ahead and use the machine anyway. I did not want to ignore safety instructions as it would invalidate any warranty, and possibly put my own safety at risk, especially since the machine reaches sigh high temperatures.After quite a few emails back and forth (the company asked me to provide photos and videos which I was happy tot do), I tried to initiate a return. I had to be very persistent and email daily as there was no answer for weeks. The "help" I finally did receive was aggressive and condescending. It was obvious the company was annoyed I didn't just ignore the safety instructions and use a faulty machine. When they finally did email back approving the return I was informed that it was past my return window, even though the company itself had delayed the return by NOT responding in a timely manner. In the end I had to pay to send back the machine which was very expensive since the machine is large and heavy. The company also charged me for the outbound shipping which was free at the time of purchase. How is it ethical that a customer has to pay for shipping and return of a faulty product? How is it legal that a company would try and trick then push a customer into ignoring safety instructions? I have already returned the product and they are STILL emailing and trying to convince me there is nothing wrong with the machine even though the safety light never turned on, and saying I didn't even try and I just "blame the manual".I would encourage the company to operate with integrity, and to learn about customer ******************** and also gaslighting! Wish I had read the other reviews on here before I purchased...

      Allow us to address the complaint with the facts as it is impossible to respond to this review any other way.The product was received 11/24.12/1 was your 1st contact and have multiple communications you then stated Thank you. I am out of town at the moment but will take another look when I get home next week and get back to you asap. 12/8 we were contacted back and the resolution was that we sent you a link to request to return the same day as you wanted to return the product.I tried to initiate a return. I had to be very persistent and email daily as there was no answer for weeks.When they finally did email back approving the return I was informed that it was past my return window, even though the company itself had delayed the return by NOT responding in a timely manner. 12/12 you sent the form filled out for the return.On 12/13 we approved the return.On 12/14 you stated, "Your customer service was very helpful, and I'm hoping that this situation can be made a bit easier." and requested we pay for the shipping.On Sat 12/24 you emailed us for an RMA although the instructions to return sent on 12/13 did not require it. 12/27 we responded On 12/29 you stated, Please note that the return will be sent on 1/3, the first day the business reopens post the holidays.We are very sorry that you are frustrated by this experience. We tried very hard to help you understand and in no way were ever aggressive and sorry you feel that way. We were attentive and responsive, unfortunately, it did not meet your view. The machine was not faulty or defective. The light in reference is not a safety light but a ready to use light. It operated properly. There is little in this review that is factual and we will not continue to pull these statements apart. This clearly frustrating and no we have not continued to email this reviewer as stated in the review.

      We sent in our unit to be repaired, as it was not heating the water to produce steam. The unit was sent back as repaired. When we plugged it in to turn it on, the unit was still not working correctly. The response back implied that there was something wrong with our outlets. "This must be looked into as the machine left working. Please see the video attached as all repairs are recorded functioning prior to return shipping and fully operable. If the machine is not powering then please look on your side at where you have plugged it in. Please advise the power source you are using." Wow. Further, the fact that I can't submit a review with 0 stars is adding insult to injury.Oh, and good luck with getting a hold of a human to talk to...

      Yes, we immediately responded with a question and a video provided by the service department. All serviced machines are recorded in full operational mode prior to packaging and shipment. Your product arrived with a blown fuse which occurs typically by outside forces, not the product. This was and is a valid and important question.We are sorry if you felt that you were unable to communicate with us, however, your husband did speak with the technician the day prior to this review and within 24 hours of initial contact. They are working to resolve the issue.

      Try contacting them before buying, Well, I ve been trying to contact this business ( May 2022 ) by email, phone and messenger. but sadly no reply on emails from there website where you submit but don t see there actual email, any professional business should have business email so we can have a copy of our email sent. I ve tried calling at there business hours with a message saying to call back during business hours which I did many times and again a business that really want s to take care of there customers will get back to them and ask them to call back. I finally got a voice mail for me to leave a message but never got a call back this was in beginning of May we are the 19 May as i m writing this review. So before buying any product on line try to contact them first if you can t I don t think you will get reliable service from them. Also their messenger chat service does not work either. Sadly product and website seems good and informative but this company probably needs restructuring for customer response instead of accusing them that they have no record of there emails or calls. So try calling them before buying and also get an email where you have a copy that you sent them a message so they can t deny it. I rated 3 stars because I can t say if there good or bad never was able to reach them.

      Horrible Company to work with or buy anything from. Back to back bad experience followed up with we won't help you unless you pay more. First was sent a broken ********* **** Unit in December had to fight to get a new one and not pay for anything being it was brand new and damaged on their end during shipping. Now 2 months later my vacuum steam hose is broke and Vapor Clean once again wants me to pay for a new one when I only had the unit for 60 days. I already spent $***** now they want me to purchase a new hose? How much money and times do I have to be ripped off? I took apart the handle to find moisture under it and the screws rusted out in 60 days the moisture is causing the hose to short out but they want me to pay for a handle that shouldn't even have moisture in it? If you want your hard earned money taken and to be told pay or we won't help you then these jokers are it.
