      Business response

We believe she may be confused as to what was done at her home on May 8, 2024.  We replaced her existing oil fired boiler (not furnace) and installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater in the same location.  In regards to the electrical, the original boiler had its own dedicated 220amp circuit with a 30amp breaker (Breakers # 1 and 3 in her electrical panel).  We simply used the existing breaker for the new water heater and installed a new wire from the existing junction box that was behind the old boiler to the new water heater.  There was no need for us to change out any wiring or breakers for the conversion.  This can be typical on any swap out installation like hers. As for the copper wire, she spoke directly with our office manager on May 8th 2024, the day after the installation and she immediately sent the technician back to clean up all the copper pieces on the floor in her garage and remove the piece of old pipe that was accidently left there.  With regards to her washing machine outlet tripping, it in no way had anything to do with the water heater installation as the washing machine was on its own breaker (beaker #18 in your electrical panel) and circuit, completely separate from the breaker/circuit for the oil fired furnace/water heater.  However, the technician did find a single pole breaker in the electrical panel that was tripped, and he simply flipped it back on to restore power to the 110 volt receptacle for her washer.  As for phone calls being returned, she called to speak with a manager and our plumbing supervisor called her on June 6, 2024, with which she told him that she was not able to speak with him at that time and that was the last request we have had from her. Based upon documentation and technicians notes and findings, We feel that we have satisfied the contractual agreement we entered into with regards to this project.  We also immediately took care of her concerns with any cleanup that was not to her satisfaction as well as removing the pipe that was mistakenly left behind. This job was completed on May 8, 2024 everything is in proper working order.

I could not be more disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity with this company. I had them do a total AC swap out. the 1 day quote became 2 days. They ended up falling through my ceiling. I had to call them back multiple times to get them to repair the ceiling damage, and it didn't happen for 3 weeks. There was a 1 year warranty, and when the system broke within a year, I called them. They acknowledged that there was no expense for a warranty repair. When they showed up, they said that the repair wasn't covered under warranty, tried to charge me **** on site, I threw them out, then they mailed me an *** bill for "diagnosis" of the system when I told them ahead of time what the problem was that they refused to fix. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They said that they're sending the bill for not fixing my system under warranty to collections.

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/08/03) */ The company reached out to me and remedied the situation (canceled the inappropriate invoice). I would accept the closure of this complaint and for it to be maintained for *** visibility only.
