  I contracted with this company in April of this year to complete a concrete patio in my back yard. The project was started on June 9 and finished on June 10. I sent a text message with pictures of the work to the owner of this company (*********************) on June 14. I expressed concern in a couple of areas: dark spots (much darker than entire area), number of people that started the job vs. number of people that finished the job. I sent another text message on June 21 to **** with more pictures after a phone call where I told him what was concerning me. I also asked in the phone call that he come to my house to see the problem areas. He didn't reply to the text message and didn't call me back after he got the pictures. I didn't hear back from **** so on July 22 I requested the phone number for *******************, the person that was in charge of the work done at my house. **** texted ******* cell number to me. I called ***** on July 29 and left a message for him to call me back; I also called him on August *************************************** back. ***** never returned my calls. I also texted ***** on July 25 and July 27 and asked him to call me back or come by the house to answer some of my questions. He did not reply to those text messages. On August 2 I called **** and left a message for him to call me back. He texted me back right away saying he would call me back. He never called me again. I sent him a text a August 5 and said "I'm still waiting for you to call me back." I called him again on August 15 and 22 and he has not responded. I'm most upset they were not able to come to my house and address my concerns. The work costs me $5000 and as people have come to my house and seen the work, they have agreed with me that it should be fixed. Two other problems were that they left trash in my yard from the food they ate and they dumped the excess concrete in my back yard (it has hardened and will be difficult to remove).
