i signed a contract for Precise Business Group aka All N 1 ********* to install tile in my master bath and kitchen. The contract is dated 10/13/21 and I signed it on 10/21/21. The fee to do both the bath and kitchen was for $8,766.25. The business owner, ******************************** asked for half of the fee before installation with final payment due at the completion of both the bath and kitchen. I deposited $4,383.13 into the business owner's account, Precise Business group, **** on October 21, 2021. The tile installer working for the business owner used a spot bonding method to install the *********** is where he uses dollops of thin set on the back of the tile to attach to the backer board. I questioned the owner about this the same day after discovering it when checking on progress the same day. I had researched this method of "spot bonding" on the internet. I read where this method was not to be used in any case. I stopped the installer from finishing the shower wall at that point and contained the business owner. The tile on the shower wall was completed 1/4 up one wall and 1/2 on another. A third wall had no tile installed. The business owner came out on 10/22/21 and h proceeded to pull off the tile to discover that the installer did it fact spot bond all of the tile. The owner said that he was unaware that his tile guy was using this method. He agreed to refund our deposit along with the cost of demo and new tile within the week. I had two licensed tile installers come out to inspect the bathroom and both said that spot bonded should not be used at all, especially in a wet area. They inspected the bathroom floor, shower pan, curb and shower walls and all are tiled by spot bonding. Both said that there is no salvaging any of the ************ must be torn out and start from scratch. I started contacting ********************** beginning on December 30, 2021. ********************* failed to return 12 calls and ten text messages. My bathroom cannot be used.

      Summary please see attachments.

My name is ********************************, the owner of All N 1 *********************** which is a dba of Precise Business Group, **** I am responding to a dispute from a recent client ********************************* for a bathroom and kitchen tile renovation. Mrs. was referred to us from one of my vendors, The Tile Shop, ***************************. We receive 85% of our business from this company and this particular sales rep. ***** day one, and **************** will concur there has been difficulties with this client as to indecisiveness. So much so an order was placed and paid for then later canceled. I referred ********************* to another vendor that I deal with and the decision was made to use them. I requested a deposit as we normally do to secure the date for the starting and to begin mobilization of the process. This date was hindered due to again the indecisiveness of the client and the tile that was ordered was sold and we had to wait for a new batch top be mailed and shipped. After which we were able to assist and pick up, transport and deliver the tile. The night before we started the project ********************* contacted me and want stated that she thinks she wanted to have someone else to do the project.

I failed to add the deposit of $4,383.13 which also needs to be refunded since the work was not completed and for not installing the tile per code. ********************* came to my house and agreed that the tile was not installed correctly and that he would contact me on December 29, 2021. He refused to answer my  calls or texts leaving me no option but to file my complaint to the BBB and a dispute with my bank. He needs to be held accountable for the disaster of my bathroom by knowingly having a tile installer do a job that he did not have the skill to do so.

********************** did not address the issue. I have a right to be indecisive in selecting the right tile for my bathroom. It appears that he is trying to attack my character and avoid taking responsibility for destroying my bathroom. His tile installer "spot bonded" the tile to my bathroom floor and shower walls. I had two licensed tile installers to come out and both said spot bonding should never be used especially in a wet area and it would surely fail sooner than later. ********************** tore out the fiberglass shower insert and destroyed the drywall on both sides of the shower. I tried to send you pictures but I will have to mail them to you because I was not able to attach them. I want ********************** to reimburse me for my deposit in the amount $4,383.13.  Also new tile and the cost of Demolition of the not to code work he performed. $1200 for demo and $782.17, he cost of new tile.

I failed to add the deposit amount in my Do Not Accept Letter in response to his response dated 1/31/2022.  This is a refundable deposit since he did not complete my bathroom or even start the tile of my kitchen.  ********************* and his tile installer or unaware or does not have the knowledge to install tile correctly.  He avoided my complaint completely. I am going to try to attach pictures of spot bonded tile and also damages to the drywall(done my **********************) a cracks in the bathroom floor tile which was also spot bonded.

      ************************************
