          In February 2015, BBB received consumer complaints alleging this company is requesting up-front fees for the delivery of a dog. Consumers allege Emi Husky Puppies requests payment of $315.00 via GreenDot MoneyPak. After payment is received, the business notifies consumers they need an additional payment of $500-550 for “insurance” or for a specific crate due to weather conditions. The dog is never delivered.


          The address at 5613 Crenshaw Rd. Richmond, VA 23227 is for the main office at an apartment complex. Further, a search shows the company is not registered as a corporation in Virginia and the website domain for emihuskypups.us shows the Registrant Address to be in Thailand. The website was created on October 28, 2014.

          In addition, when BBB did an image search for the dogs for sale on the website we discovered several other websites offering the same dog for sale.

          Before sending money, BBB encourages consumers to request from the business an updated picture of the pet with your name on a piece of paper next to the pet.
