I have used Woodfin for years. Service techs are very good, but lately office seems to have gone down in service for customers. They are expensive. When ******************** system broke, got qt for over 10k for new system. I got it replaced by others for less than half. They double charged me for a propane delivery the other week. When I emailed them, brought it their attention and requested refund to my credit card, instead they gave me account credit. As result I had to pay the overbill to cc *** After complaining that they had not done what was requested, they have now given me credit, but I am out an extra $430 this month. Still waiting to talk to a supervisor, but I can't undo what is done. I will be looking for new home team!!Something seems to have changed at Woodfin as in past I thought they were worth the extra $. I can't select no stars, which you deserve.Let me start by saying, this has nothing to do with the technician that performed the work and my house (he was great) and everything to do with Woodfin Heating, **** Your prices are absolutely ridiculous! Yes, I saw the quote, yes, I approved the work to be done, but after doing a little research and found out just how much you inflate the prices, I'm appalled. A 1/2" x 12" frost free SWT anti siphon faucet, you charged me over $866 for, I found you can get for under $50. The main well water filter that you charged me over $500, yeah, it can also be found for under $50. I hear you, but the labor to complete the work. Yeah, it took the tech less than 1hr, 30 minutes from the time he drove on my property to the time he was heading out. I just wanted to express my frustration and let everyone know that reads reviews, you are ripping people off by inflating your prices.
