Date of Transaction : 12/16/2021 I paid $**** in advance to Brown's Lawn in Order (******** *****) on the 16th for Hardscaping my backyard. My fiance needs a knwe surgery and we wanted to make our backyard accessible before the surgery. I'm pretty new to landscaping services and the person that came out to give me an estimate seemed pretty trustworthy and explained the services he was going to provide. He requested markings on my behalf and sent a screenshot of it. I wasn't aware we could track it online and for the next 4-5 days he said nobody had come out for markings so he couldn't start work yet. He then went radio silent and completely incommunicado. I checked the status online to see we didn't have any utility lines and it was all processed on the 17th. He's been ignoring my calls ever since. I called him from another phone and he immediately answered. He said he and his crew were on the way at 12 PM this morning and nobody has come out here yet. I'm trying to reach him via phone/text and I haven't gotten a response. Completely frustrated with the service and would appreciate any help on how I can either get my money back or have them come out and deliver on the services promisedBusiness response
