The issue was reported during the warranty by phone, then I followed up with videos after I was told by phone to send them which took time due to size. Previously they tried to fix by cutting the floor and installing a room divider strip, that did not work, we sent many messages that it did not work, there is no leaks and there is not any humidity in the basement to cause this, in fact there is a dehumidifier in the kitchen as a safeguard. in some of the communications, we tried our best to work with this merchant. The work seemed great when initially concluded, however it took no time before the issues began and we reported it soonest. If you need additional information, please let us know by US mail and not by message please. Also initially the vendor and installer tried to blame the buckling on floor on the pool table that we have in the basement, but the pool tale was there when they came to do the pre inspection before we even bought the flooring to determine if the flooring, we selected was suitable for our basement and they all confirmed yes the pool table was not an issue. and we went ahead with everything. and now they are trying to find another escape goat. this issue needs to be looked at and ** (the customer) conserns be taken into consideration. we feel vindicated currently and our last recourse would be the Better Business Bureau. We have cntacted LL flooring in vain, they just gaslight us saying it is the humidity in our basement and there is no huiditility that will cause such and we now sit here with over 4000 usd of LL flooring synchrny credit card that we are paying for a job that did did not do correctly.

At 74 years of age, I went into debt to put wood floors in my home. After only a few months, I had to call for repairs. It took from October to January for them to do the repair. Again in April, I noticed another flaw in the floor (due to substandard workmanship) and I have been calling since April and all I get is the run around from one person to another, passing the ***** lieing about coming out and never showing up, etc. I have been to corporate on two occasions and still being lied to and being given the run around and being passed from one person to another, calling and they dont answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. I cant get service for the floors that are still under warranty but yet and still, they send out a statement every month for payment!!! This also borders on the line of elder abuse because I believe they are doing this partially due to my age. There should be some kind of way that they be made accountable for this.

I purchased from LL Flooring. I got a 0% interest rate for 2 years - which is the only way i take credit. I noticed that i started getting paper statements - which i never agree to - today i looked closely at the statement and noticed they were charging $1.99 for a paper statement! I immediately called *************** who finances for LL FLooring. Their phone number on the statement (1-xxx-396-8254) goes to an automated AI that tries to sell you medical equipment! I called several times, tried to get to customer service and it actually hung up on me. SImilarly when i called the number listed on line xxx-419-4096 - it took multiple calls and saying customer service over and over to get an actual person. These are MULTIPLE scams. LL Flooring is responsible but ************** is a joke. Please evaluate these activities. I wonder how many people dont notice that a fee is tagged onto a statement that they assume is just for the amount with 0% interest that they agreed to.

I contacted LL flooring multiple times about the floors and the contractors they had do my floors in order to get their financing and one year warranty. I left a review for the contractors, however, I went back and forth with LL flooring on if the reason my floors were cracking and chipping were due to Duravana being a quality control issue or a installation issue, and they told me from the pictures I sent via email, that they are an installation issue. However, the contractors through ******************** and Carpentry did a very poor installation. I opened up a case with corporate over how to go about this, because the job did not get fixed. The contractors left chipping and cracking in the floors and tried covering it up with putty. Furthermore, gave me the putty to keep fixing it! I had not even lived in the home yet due to wanting to move in until after the floors were installed. I have pictures of the job poorly done, and poor communication with ********, the person who did my floors. He was a nice guy, but it doesnt mean I should be okay with a job not performed well. He told me it was a quality control issue, and LL flooring told me it was an installation issue. Either way, it was not a good experience, and I was basically told to accept the floors the way they were to put putty on the areas that were damaged instead of just replacing of fixing it. I felt like I was suppose to accept a job and floors that I financed 20 grand for. That seems unacceptable to me. I am still waiting over a week and half for a case manager to get back me from corporate and have heard nothing. At this point, I do not trust any of these people, and would love a refund or something if I am going to just accept damage to floors I had not even lived in yet. I have a lot more to say, a lot of pictures, and proof of communication. This is just so sad for me because its so expensive to pay for professionals to do something that it looks like I did myself.

I shopped at the Lumber Liquidators in ***********. on Milgen Rd. I purchased the 5 mm Summer Island Teak Click Resilient Vinyl Plank Flooring by *********** in ****************************************************************** 2016. Since then, I've come to understand the flooring is toxic, containing phthalates, which is extremely harmful to the health of people especially pregnant woman and young children. I had my last 2 children in 2019 and 2022. I conceived and carried both after this flooring was installed, and they BOTH have been diagnosed with severe level 3 autism, with significant developmental delays and sensory processing issues. My youngest daughter suffers from speech delay, and uncontrollable eczema, and my son is completely non-verbal and has respiratory issues to include asthma. These devastating health conditions developed in direct connection with the harmful toxins found in this flooring. I reached out to laminatesettlement@administratorclassaction back in Jan 2022 to see what could be done to address this situaton, and after getting the run-around for some time, they offered me a $1,000 store credit. I declined this offer as this is unacceptable and does nothing to offer a solution to the damage that has been caused. Given the substantial harm caused by this product, I demand the following:1. A full refund for the cost of the flooring and its installation.2. Compensation for the removal of the toxic flooring and the installation of new, safe flooring of my choice in all affected areas of my home.

I bought ********************************* from this company the ************* I went in to the office to be sure that it was the color I saw on the website. The sample was the same as the web site. When it arrived the two young men cut my carpet and started pulling it up..I asked to see the flooring. It was no where near the color from the web site or store. The website showed red and ******************* colors and details..the product arrived tan..and no colors but *********************. I talked the the store manager who said I should open more boxes. I said that doesnt change the color. I called the main office who said they would look into it. The manager called and said they would price match what I wanted. The only other vinyl with the color I wanted was 4.99 he called corporate to see if it was OK. Then says they would give it for the sale price of 4.19..and skip shipping fees. Or keep the ***** that it was the correct item..it is not correct..the color was vastly wring. They pulled my carpet and left a gaping hole in my front stoop that let large spiders in. They left the linoleum cut at doorways and I tripped on rather as they bowed up many times and wrenched my back. They said they would return the next day to fix the front stoop but never returned and not a word to me for days..I had to call repeatedly. Now they are trying to up charge me. They also said I could dump my own trash..but they took it and charged me about 600..which would only cost me *****. They charged me for furniture they didn't move I took it all put. They tried to charge me for trim that wasn't there in the beginning. A fiasco..as I sit with 3 days worth I'd clothes left out to emwear and mo access to the corners of my home where I stashed all my furniture and things. No contact..no solution they will stick to. I'd rather have my money back..all of it. They should not have taken my flooring up when the product was wrong. They shouldn't have hauled that away either. It all fit in their van

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an issue with my local store, and reached out to get a resolution, and they told me to go to the local store--which wasn't responding to me. F-

Their warranty is a JOKE. It doesn't matter who it how it is installed. They "tested" a box of our flooring for defects after we told them that it will not stay locked together and that the edges are chipping. They claim there is no defect. Their contract contains impossible loopholes such as "consistent relative humidity in the home" RUN far far away from this flooring company. Absolutely pathetic quality and customer service.

I bought $12,000 flooring from LL flooring a year and a half ago. I've been chasing it for the last 9 months to get it fixed or replaced. It's separating. It went to corporate in April. I've been trying to call 25 times since April 22nd asking to speak with the manager with no manager ever calling me back. I left messages every time I've called bad business

Terrible company. Floors were installed 2 months ago and are starting to crack on the corners. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
