In August 2022 i visited this center for a wax appointment, and was sold a "wax pass" at checkout that you could use for several visits. It was all very pleasant until they sold me this service. When i presented for my second appointment around October (since i had purchased 7 appointments in the package), I was treated with utter unprofessionalism. After trying to accomodate my waxers limited schedule a few times, I still could not make the few days that she was working, and compromised to schedule with someone else. The check-in experience was apalling. After I was left waiting in the tiny waiting room for 30 min, where the person who checked me in did not look up at me once as she was busy coloring and playing on her phone, i finally asked what is happening, as a couple of people came and went while i just sat there. At that time the attendant checked the schedule again and started laughing, saying the "well the waxer isnt even here and there is no way we can fit you in today". I asked to speak with a manager who was not present, and i left. I asked for a callback from the manager, who returned my call a week later stating she was too busy to deal with this. I informed her of this experience, and that i am not interested in stepping foot in this or any other European wax center ever again (there are professionals out there that provide a much better service), and asked to Cancel the wax pass immediately. I also requested a refund for the unused day where half of my day was wasted and and had to eventually find someplace else last minute. She informed me she can provide a 'store credit', which i clearly did not want. This was the resolution i was provided with. I then had no choice then to dispute MONTLY charges from this shady facility with my CC company, now totaling $360. They are still pending and the manager (*********************************) continues to fight them, despite me making repeted requests to cancel. I only used one pass and have been charged every month.See attCustomer response

September or October of 2021 I purchased a package plan with the understanding that I could cancel at any time. For personal reasons and on top of loosing my job I have not been back to use the services purchased. I called the office Thursday of last week requesting to cancel my services / package plan and a refund. I was told the manager was not in, she would be back Friday and would follow up. Friday before close of business, I followed up because I had yet to receive a call. I was told the manager was off, I again left my contact information requesting a return call. I followed up on Saturday. I was advised at that time, the manager does not work on Saturday and I would need to call back on Monday. She offered to take a message and have someone call me back on Monday. Monday, 12/6/21 by noon I contacted the office again and asked to speak to a manger. Ay that time the person who answered the phone stated she was the manager. I explained my situation and was told several repeatedly I could not be refunded $******** directly back to card in file but a store credit could be issued. I attempted to explain my situation again and she repeatedly told me because if corporate policy she was unable to refund my money. I asked if I could contact corporate via phone or email to explain and ask for a refund. I was told no.
