I ordered a insulin pump holder on July 12th, 2024. There was a lead time on delivery, but that time passed. I tried emailing them and making a phone call to them questioning my order. The phone number does not work and all of my emails have gone unanswered. I would like my order fullfilled or have my money returned quickly so that I can purchase a new holder from another company. On April 7th, 2024 I placed an order through type1tactical.com for an insulin pump case (holster). I had heard good things about this company in the past through social media and other type 1 diabetics. Originally it was stated on the website that there was a "90 day lead time. I was OK with that and placed the order. After 90 days and not receiving any communication from them I reached out via email on 7/24/24 requesting an update on my order. Then on 7/31/24 after researching online to see if anyone else has had this problem I reached out again and asked for a refund of my money. I learned through online forums that many others have had the same problem of not receiving their orders and getting zero feedback from the company. As of today 10/13/24 I have not received my product or a refund and have had no response to my requests. At this point I would like my money refunded as they charged me immediately after placing the order and have not held up their end by delivering what was paid for. I was charged $55.98 usd. I purchased an insulin pump case/holster from Type 1 Tactical on January 12, 2024 for $49.98. Their website claimed that I would receive my order within 4-6 weeks. When I reached out to the company on 2/28/24 they informed me that it would be another 6-8 weeks. I emailed them again on 5/1/24 and requested a full refund from them since I still hadn't received anything from them. I continued to email them again on 5/28/24 and 7/10/24 without anyone responding back to me. I attempted to call them several times and their phone number was disconnected. On 8/2/24, I received an email from Type 1 Tactical indicating that my order had been fulfilled and I was given a **** tracking number. It took the company over a month to send my holster. The **** tracking number indicated that I would receive my order on 9/6/24. My order never arrived to my address and I decided to inquire with ****. I was told by them that my item was delivered elsewhere and that the carrier would look into it. The **** carrier indicated that the people he thought had received my package did not receive it. I emailed Type 1 Tactical on 9/11/24, 9/15/24, and 9/19 regarding this issue with my package and I have yet to hear back from them. I am requesting a full refund from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a case for an insulin pump. The delivery time has long since lapsed and the company will not respond to emails or calls. The time has lapsed for a charge back. Placed order in January 2024. Shipping label created august 2, 2024. Post office delivered this packing number to a different address and when research was told that type1tactical did not ship and the tracking number was reassigned to another postal delivery. 10+ emails sent, get auto response that it is being checked into. Have not received my order, refund now way too late for charge reverse, telephone number disconnected, but yet the company is still taking orders. Need product or refund. On 1/3/24, I ordered a custom pump case that cost $55.48 from Type 1 Tactical's website. I received an email confirming my order and telling me that the current holster lead time was 4 weeks. I had seen them advertised numerous times on ******** and my own pump company, ******, was, at that time, endorsing them (a link to Type 1 Tactical's website is no longer up on ****** Diabetes' website). I waited 4 weeks and received nothing about my pump case shipping. I reached out the first time on February 9, 2024, and I received an email saying that my pump was in the manufacturing process and was set to ship by 2/23/24. When I received nothing again, I emailed the company again on 2/28/24. This time I was told there had been some delays, but that my pump case was going to be filled and shipped by the end of the week. I waited a month and still received nothing. I reached out again on 3/25/24 and received no response. I reached out again on 4/4/24. Where I was told that my order should ship by the 120-day mark (at this point I was at the 99-day mark). I was also told that if at any point I wanted a refund, to just message them, and that they would facilitate it. The next email I received was from the company saying that the label had been created and that a shipping number was produced. This was on 5/28/24. My **** tracking # shows that it was supposedly delivered on 8/21/24, but when I go to the company's provided tracking link on their website, It hasn't been shipped. I have received no product and have reached out twice on 8/3/24 and 8/23/24 requesting a refund and have received no response. I would also like to mention that it says on the website that the lead holster time is 90 days, even though I have been waiting 233 days or around 33 weeks. I have been lied to multiple times and at this rate would just like my money back and to move on. Thank you.Initial Complaint

1/16/24 I placed an order and paid at that time. I emailed asking about my order and was told that they were behind, should be about 90 days. Order number: *****. Ordered on 4/25/2024, the estimated wait was a maximum of 90 days. It has been well over that and I've heard nothing about my order. I attempted to contact the business on 7/31/2024 and received no reply, except an automated acknowledgement.
