I returned a subscription offer, received in the mail, to subscribe to Blue Ridge Country magazine on 4/27/2021. I enclosed a check in the amt of $12, the full price. The check cleared my bank on 5/04/2021. I never received a single copy. I honestly forgot about it until October. On 10/29/2021 I finally found a phone # and called. I left a message stating the problem, as no one answered. I never received an answer. Due to health problems my husband experienced in Nov, Dec, & Jan., I forgot about it again. On Feb. 25, 2022 I received mail from this company soliciting a subscription to the same magazine for $12 for one year. I called, no answer. I sent an email on 2/25/2022, no answer. I finally received an email from them on March 3, asking me to subscribe to their magazine. I replied to the email, stating my problem & asked if they were a legitimate business. I received a reply that they were indeed legitimate & were working remotely. The reply was from **** *******, who stated they showed no record of me. This was also March 3. She asked for my name and address which I sent immediately. To date I have received no answer. I appreciate any assistance you can give.Business response

The issue with the above complaint has been settled. The subscriber's payment for the Blue Ridge County magazine was sent in by her daughter and thus entered into our magazine database system under her name and showed no record of the actual subscriber. The subscriber has been contacted and she will now be receiving her subscription. Our apologies for the misunderstanding.
