      I was having my bathroom remodeled. ***** completed the plumbing for the shower for the bathroom. The shower started leaking down the inside of the wall and into my basement. When spoke to him about the issue he came to fix his mistake and made the problem worse and we had to cut the water off and we hired a plumber to come fix the mistake. ***** agreed to pay for the plumbing to be fixed. States on multiple occasions that he would bring a check and then stated he would mail it. We never received any compensation for the plumber fixing his mistake.

Just received this response.       Good afternoon    I have not sent out another check to them yet. I do not understand how I am responsible to pay for something they broke. I was nice enough to try to come and fix it and could not. Everything worked and there was no issues upon the walk through and when they paid me after. Until they switched out the shower head and stripped it is when the problems occurred. That is what caused the issues. Again I tried to fix it for them for free even though I did not do it. I went there on a Sunday for 3 hours. Had to leave and go to my daughters state high school cheer banquet told them I would be back at 5. Arrived at there house at 5 and waited until 8 that night before they arrived home. I went in and out the new part on and that wouldn’t work and I told them they should call a plumber. I don’t see why I should be paying half of something they broke.  I have already been blasted on **** **** by this customer in which she posted lies, and then took it down, when we people that know me started questioning her. I take a lot of pride in my work and the way it looks. I apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused.    *****

I haven’t received the check and have been told multiple times that he was bringing the check or had sent the check in the mail. I knew that wasn’t the case since all he has done this entire time is lie. I never put anything on Facebook about him. I never even left a review because I didn’t want to hurt his business since they were an acquaintance. The only place to leave a review for his business in on Facebook. I wish I would have reached out to other customers of his before using him to redo my bathroom. The plumber that came in to fix HIS mistake said that it wasn’t where the shower head was put on that the mistake was inside the wall. I did not recognize it during the walkthrough since he had already closed up the wall and we had not used the shower. When the water started leaking into the basement is when we found the leak in the wall. He is not a plumber and did not know what he was doing. My husband ended up kicking him out of the house and said we were done with him. He was never at the house when he said he was going to be and sometimes didn’t even show up. As for him saying he takes pride in his work it did not show on the multiple things he had to come back to fix. Even putting the wrong floor down and having to remove it and start over. Now I have grout coming out from the tiles around my tub and in my shower. My floor is cracking and coming up. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever went through with someone coming into my house to do any work.  He definitely is the most unprofessional business owner I have came across and his lack of integrity is alarming.  Regards, ******* *****

      I have never heard one complaint from her regarding any of the tile work. Nothing on grout or tiles popping.  I would have been more than happy to fix any problems she had. As far as the wall being covered. It was an access panel that exposed all of the pipes and was in plain view above the side of the toilet. which I came back and built a door for the access panel for them for free. The walk through I did with her showed the exposed pipes in the back. There was no leak.  The leak occurred after she put a goose neck arm in that was too heavy and cross threaded it. In which I showed her husband and he agreed. I came out on a Sunday to help them when she said her shower was leaking and posted that all over Facebook that her shower was leaking. To find out it was an error in there part. I waited at there house from 5-7:30  until they got home when I told them I would be there at 5.  When I couldn’t fix it her husband said he would call a plumber. I greed to pay half. They have not generated a bill to me showing the cost.  I came too her house and when I couldn’t I would let her know. As far as the wrong floor goes she had sent me numerous tile choices  because she couldn’t decide.  I had asked her numerous times to text me not post to my business account due those messages not always alerting me.  As soon as she let me know that wasn’t the floor I pulled up the tiles that were laid, and laid the correct floor that she had sent again to my business account. I try to accommodate everyone  and make people happy and will always fix any problems that occur.

See pictures attached. This is conversations showing I only choose one floor and even asked him if he received the pictures which he clearly responds yes to. Then proceeds to put the wrong floor down. He said he always let me know when he wasn’t going to be here. See screen shots of me asking him if he was still coming after giving me specific dates and times and never let me know he wasn’t coming. I had to reach out to him. I didn’t reach out to him about the grout coming out and the tile breaking on my floor because we were done with him. My husband kicked him out of our house so why would I want him coming back. So there is more expense we will have to put out in hiring someone to come fix more of his mistakes. Of course I didn’t see the water leaking behind the access panel because he never even turned the water back on.  When the plumber arrived to fix HIS mistake it was not secured properly and the wrong connectors were put on.Once the correct pieces were installed and it was secured properly it didn’t leak.  The S hook that he said was chewed up, too heavy and cross threaded is in my shower now and it’s not leaking. This shows only a fraction of the lies he told. He has said the check was mailed and he was dropping it off and it was never received.  This will continue to just go back and forth with him without a resolution. He has stolen our time, our money, and now he is stealing our peace.  We are done. He can keep his money, his lies, his poor work ethic and his lack of integrity.  Regards, ******* *****
